National Floors Direct did an exceptional job installing carpet in our three bedrooms, hallway, and playroom. The new floors are soft and the color is exactly what we wanted. The installers were professional, prompt, and courteous, even moving our furniture and cleaning up thoroughly afterward. Despite expecting the installation to take all day, they completed it quickly and efficiently. We appreciated how they kept us in the loop from the purchase to after the installation, making the whole process smooth and easy.
Install # FL18796 - NFD installed new LVP in my house and my experience was great. The salesperson was knowledgeable. The installers were on-time and extremely courteous. I had the consult on a Monday and the floors were install on Friday and done in one day. I would definitely use them again for any future needs.
