We are so glad we decided to have our carpet put in my National Floors Direct. We were able to get an appointment right away & at our convenience. Our Sales Agent was **** and he had expert knowledge, patient & efficient with his time explaining the quality of each different carpet type. We did happen to have a couple of carpet samples here from another *********** gave us a price on those as well as the samples he brought in. We chose Nat'l. floors direct to do our home improvement based on a tv commercial with a special price offer. A salesman came to our home with samples and showed us how the finished floor would look. We scheduled the appt. and on the agreed day the crew arrived punctually and were very experienced and professional as well as courteous. The finished floor in the kitchen and front foyer looks fantastic. This company is very professional and provides excellent service. Their prices are fair and I will definitely hire them again. They outdid themselves and left me with beautiful laminate flooring. I am thankful to the sales representative for his helpful information in helping me choose the flooring. The installers also deserve a shout out for their efficiency and cleanliness. Loved how my floors came out. Sales person was kind and courteous. He explained the difference in NFD materials and other store brand quality. I love that they give a 25 year warranty. Installers arrived on time and were courteous and cleaned up afterwards. Would definitely use them again very soon.

We wanted to get carpets installed quickly and this company definitely delivered. It was only 2 days between consultation to installation. I got a quote from another company beforehand and they were charging almost twice as much. The carpets look beautiful and are great quality. The customer service center set up a consultation and had plenty of availability. I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was knowledgeable, and he did not pressure me. The installers were timely, careful, and clean. The laminate floors looked better than I expected and the carpet on my steps is soft. I truly feel that I got my moneys worth. I will use this company again.
