We got our floors done last week and the installers were great. The contractor spoke perfect English and was very respectful. We had to custom order our floors and NFD called us and let us know the wrong type came in before they sent the contractor out and they fixed the issue and got us the correct floors. They estimated 3 days and they got the job done in 2 and it could of been a single day but the contactors had to drive 2 hours each way.
National floors direct did a wonderful job with my flooring. They did such a good job, we brought them back to do the downstairs. I truly appreciate their professionalism and courtesy. We recently used national Floors Direct to install a new carpet in our Master Bedroom. The process could not have been easier! From scheduling the appt online- to the rep coming to our home with all the samples. This order was an emergency for us. My husband had a serious surgery and we needed to make sure that the room was as close to germ free as possible. So I called Floors Direct. Two days later the guys showed up at 7:30 and were out of here around 8:30. We were so impressed with them. They were very efficient. The carpet looks great. We are very happy!
I recently had National Floors Direct remove the carpet from my entire home and replace it with Vinyl Plank flooring. It was done expertly in one day (even though I was told it would take two). I am extremely happy with the results. It looks beautiful and so easy to take care of. Love It.
