Purchasing flooring from National Floors Direct was very easy. The salesman that came to my house was knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure you were satisfied with your pick. He had a device that could show you what it would look like in your room and that was very helpful. The installers were awesome. Told me when they had each room finished so I could inspect it to see if it was to my liking. They were in and out in no time. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for your flooring needs.

The Salesperson spent time with me going through all my flooring options. He demonstrated the durability of the *** flooring. He walked through my space and made recommendations. The installers came early and installed my flooring in 1 day. They also cleaned up and took all debris. The only thing I would have changed would have been the brown carpet. It picks up lint. Other than that, I'm extremely pleased.

I was very pleased with NFD. I only gave 4 stars due to a miscommunication in the scheduling time. Other than that, great service. They were professional and cleaned up after themselves. They came out on a Friday for an estimate and my carpet was installed in two rooms on Monday. I took advantage of the $1088 special up to 300 sq ft. I was nervous because I didn't know anyone who had used them, and these days scammers are everywhere. So, I'm happy to write my review and grateful that it was a positive experience.

National Floors Direct provided measurements, samples, and pricing all in one visit, plus they did the installation two days later! Their pricing was very competitive, and the staff treated me professionally. I'm very happy with the floor and with National Floor Direct. I will use them again for my next project.

Working with National Floors Direct was quick and painless. We were in a time crunch to get our bedroom carpets replaced. The initial consultation was easy to set up and the installation happened within days. The installers were on-time, professional and the carpets look great. The price was also very reasonable. We would certainly recommend them.

We had a floor installed several weeks ago. It looks great. The price was very reasonable. The installation team installed the floor without disrupting our existing furniture and were so kind. The consultant who sold us the floor was professional and immediately established trustworthiness. Highly recommend, especially in high price areas of the country.

The regional manager ****** was really thorough when explaining every piece of information. He was very courtesy and respectful. The gentlemen's that came out to my home to install the floors did an awesome job. The day of installation the guys made sure I verified the product was correct as to was I order. They worked efficient as a team, cleaned up behind themselves and once the installed was completed they made sure I was satisfied with the work. It was very appreciative.

Although I felt that the salesperson was not going to take no for an answer, the floors came out great. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to get it all done in a day. They did have to get creative around an area with a built in shelf in out pantry, but it turned out great.
