I want to review National Floors Direct. Interacting with them is very easy, seamless. We LOVE our new kitchen floors. Love the quality of the Mohawk choice. Love the Harvest Oak color. The efficiency of the workers was remarkable. Sales rep was kind and not pushy. Overall the quality of the job was excellent. So much so that we are bringing them back to install in another one of our homes! If you are considering National Floors Direct, go for it.

We had our National Floors Direct carpet installed in our living room, up the hallway and up five steps (including side and platform on top). We are so happy with the installation. We chose a Berber carpet so we were a little worried about being able to see a seam, but it was totally invisible!!! The salesman was very polite and professional - no pressure!! The installers were very knowledgeable!! Thank you, National Floors Direct!! This review is VERY honest!!!! Thank you again!! We are so happy with our purchase.

National Floors Director did an excellent job in our upstairs bedrooms and hallway. From start to finish, National Floors Direct were professional. When choosing our flooring and scheduling the installation, our representative was helpful and knowledgeable. During installation, the crew was fast and efficient. The next time I have flooring needs, I wont shop around, Ill just call National.

National Floors direct did an amazing job on my floors. They are beautiful and easy to clean. The installers were professional and courteous. They arrived on time and did not leave until the job was done and we were satisfied. If we need more flooring for the rest of our house they will be our only call. Today I had a new laminate floor installed in my home office. I cant say enough about the installers, ********* and ****, the sales person and the calls leading up to and confirming installation-nothing but positivity!!! I will use them again and request the same installers! Wonderful experience!!!

I had to reschedule my appointment with national floor direct and they said no problem and reschedule for me.The installer showed up when they said they would and on time.The installer was very nice and respectful.The installer did a very nice job for my wife and I.The installer made sure that everything was good with my wife and I before they left my house.Nice job by national floor direct.Thank you.

The installers, *** and his team arrived on time for the installation of our desert twilight vinyl laminate floors. *** and his team, were professional and did an amazing job. The new floors were installed in there bathrooms/closets and hallway. National floor direct made the process easy and convenient with the in home appointment. The floors are beautiful!
