I had carpet installed in 3 rooms, a hallway and stairwell. Great job all the way around. I called for a quote & they had someone coming out a few hours later. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. The team who installed also did an amazing job. They were on time &ready to work. They arrived at 730 and finished by 2pm. I would use them again. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I only gave 4 stars because there was a mix-up with the scheduling. The service was great! I was nervous because I didn't know anyone who had used them. However, I was having difficulty getting my original contractor to agree to a date for the carpet installation. I made an appt with NFD on a Friday to obtain an estimate. Purchasing flooring from National Floors Direct was very easy. The salesman that came to my house was knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure you were satisfied with your pick. He had a device that could show you what it would look like in your room and that was very helpful. The installers were awesome. Told me when they had each room finished so I could inspect it to see if it was to my liking. They were in and out in no time. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for your flooring needs.
