We have been very pleased with our experience with National Floors Direct. I had never heard of them but responded to an ad I saw on TV. The customer service center set up a consultation and had plenty of availability. We met with a specialist, signed a contract, and within days of calling National Floors Direct, had a brand new floor installed in our living room! I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The salesman was knowledgeable, and he did not pressure me. The installers were timely, careful, and clean. The laminate floors looked better than I expected and the carpet on my steps is soft. I truly feel that I got my moneys worth. I will use this company again.

My rental property needed new flooring and we had a pretty tight time constraint. I called National Floors Direct after seeing their ads on tv. A representative was able to come out, bring samples, do measurements and schedule an install for me very quickly. The installers spent an entire day putting down a beautiful vinyl plank floor in the whole apartment. They were professional and worked very hard to complete the job to my satisfaction. It was a pleasure to work with National Floors Direct in completing this project that we wanted for so long. We got our loft/ living room area and stairs done. They were professional throughout the entire process. They came at 8 am and were finished by 12 pm. They even swept and vacuumed along the way. I am beyond impressed with the experience and would definitely recommend them again.

We used National Floors Direct they were excellent from sales to flooring being laid they sent a message stating when they were coming. They arrived on time. They were very nice moved all the furniture. Cleaned up after themselves afterwards they called us the next day to check cut that all was good with service. pricing was the best. We also used them in the past. Would certainly recommend them to anyone

I recently had hardwood floors installed by National Floors Direct. We were able to agree on a very reasonable price, and I'm quite happy with the results. I already had some hardwood floors in my home. National Floors Direct was able to match my new floor to the old floor perfectly. The work was performed in a timely fashion and the contractors were easy to deal with.
