The job was great from start to finish! The crew was very punctual on their arrival time! The crew was very courteous and professional! They worked together as a team in a very organized manner making the job go smoothly in a timely manner! They removed all of the old debris before installing the new padding and carpet! They put back all the furniture in its proper place! The carpet looks beautiful! I highly recommend NFD and look forward to using them again!

Both the team members were polite and concern about my time. The demolition took just minutes. When they were done they ensure that all of the scrap material was removed. My experience with national floors direct was more than I could had asked for they were very professional. They were on time they were concerned about everything that concerns me and the professionalism was the best. I recommend them highly I need two rooms carpeted wasn’t too sure about the color, but the consultant convinced me that it was the best color and he was absolutely right. I love my carpet.

We wanted to get carpets installed quickly and this company definitely delivered. It was only 2 days between consultation to installation. I got a quote from another company beforehand and they were charging almost twice as much. The carpets look beautiful and are great quality. My overall experience was great. The guys were very professional. The carpet removal was quick with no mess. My floor looks fantastic nice and warm to the touch. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and neighbors.
The salesman was knowledgeable and friendly. He gave me time to make the best choices for my family. The installers arrived on time. They moved my furniture without damaging anything. The laminate floors look better than I expected and the carpet on the steps feels plush. Overall, this was a great experience. I was offered a giftcard in exchange for honest feedback.
