National Floors direct sent a well informed salesman to our home. After educating us on all the options and guarantees we decided to hire them to replace the carpet in our bedroom. Within a very short time they sent out the installation crew who were quick and courteous. They removed the old carpet and replaced it with the new one with great efficiency. I contacted National Floors Direct because I needed to replace the entire upstairs and stairs carpet. I needed to have this done within a week! Within 2 days a very knowledgeable and friendly sales person came to measure and show the selections of carpet they carry. I was able to select exactly what I wanted! Prior to my estimate from National Floors Direct, I had received 3 other estimates. I started to cancel my appointment with NFD and was so glad I did not. Not only was their price the best, the customer service rep **** was the best!! The job was completed as scheduled with no delays. I would recommend NFD to anyone!!
