National Floors Direct transformed my home. We bought a home built in 1978 with all original flooring. The salesman brought samples and was patient while we laid everything out in different lighting. The installers came on time next day and were courteous and professional. They took out the old and cleaned up after themselves. We are do happy with everything and now by writing this honest review we get a $25 gift card. Thanks for everything!
We had our National Floors Direct carpet installed in our living room, up the hallway and up five steps (including side and platform on top). We are so happy with the installation. We chose a Berber carpet so we were a little worried about being able to see a seam, but it was totally invisible!!! The salesman was very polite and professional - no pressure!!
