AS far as I can report I was hesitant to get a service such as your competitors or your company After I met your salesman I was happy that he understood my concerns to get good value and he delivered. The pricing for the carpet I received was fair and good value. The carpet was installed last Monday and it really brought the apartment together. I was thrilled with the work that was done by the installers from National Floors Direct. They called to let me know they were on their way and arrived promptly when they said they would. They worked hard and efficiently from the time they arrived until the job was completed. My furniture and the walls in my condo were treated with great care (I had just painted and was worried they would get scratched) and everything was returned to the exact same spot when they were done. This was one of the best purchases. I am so glad I chose National Floors Direct. The gentleman that installed the carpet was so professional and he even vacuumed when he was done, great price. Great product. Would definitely use again.
We had NFD come out to give an estimate for living room, dining room and kitchen. The salesman was professional, thorough and answered all of my questions. The install date was quicker than I expected. Communication throughout the process and clear and easy. The installation guys were very nice, professional, clean and as quiet as possible because we have three child doing virtual schooling. The floors look amazing - and at a great price so now we are now thinking of adding our upstairs bedrooms in the future.
The carpet looks more impressive in person than the sample. The guys arrived first thing in the morning wearing masks. They moved the furniture in the rooms, removed the old gross carpet, and installed the new carpet in 3 bedrooms. I have one bonus room that I use for a walk-in closet. Once I clean it out, I will definitely have National Floors Direct come back to install carpet in that room! The rooms looks brand new now!
Our carpet installation team arrived promptly, even calling us to announce their ETA. They were courteous and did an excellent job of installing our carpet. They worked promptly and efficiently. The men also vacuumed the carpet for us. There was some slight damage on the wall, due to the winding stairway, but it can be easily touched up with a little paint. So, overall, it was a very professional job, and we are pleased with our new carpet for the stairs and bedroom!
My husband was recently offered a job that required my family to relocate which meant selling our home in a short amount of time. We had the same cream colored carpets that came with the house and after adding 2 kids, and a dog in the 5 years we had lived there, they were in rough shape. I had two different types of flooring installed on April 29th by National Floors Direct. I had vinyl plank flooring installed in my bathroom and carpeting on the stairs. Both gentlemen, when they arrived, showed me the product to make sure it was what i had ordered. Once that was established they got right to work and did not stop until they were finished. National floors direct was awesome to work with from start to finish! I made an appointment online and was contacted the next morning to confirm the date and time. Greg was a knowledgeable no pressure salesman who was patient while we figured out what we wanted.
