From initial phone call to final clean up and departure... the process was great. The rep helped us pick out a carpet we loved that fit the application required. The install was scheduled and the techs arrived and were very friendly and professional. A great experience and a great price. They stand behind the price match.
I was really pleased with the installation of the rug in my stairs. I appreciated the text and phone call prior to the arrival. The two gentlemen were very pleasant and friendly. The work was completed in a neat and great manner. I also appreciated the way they vacuumed and cleaned before they left. I was also pleased that I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
I am very satisfied with the service and installation from National Floors Direct. I was able to get the floors installed in less than a week and everyone from beginning to end of this project was professional and kind. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Last Wednesday, I had my kitchen floors changed from tile to hard wood. Initially when the sales person came to my home, I was having him price out carpets for my family room. We got to talking and I had already mentioned when I made the appointment that I might be interested in hard wood. My salesperson thoroughly gave me an education on the different options I had to get the look I was after. We had an excellent experience with National Floors Direct. We were replacing carpeting in our lake house. Two bedrooms and a den area. We chose a Berber type carpet and the price was competitive. On the day of the installation, our installer arrived around 9:00 am. He was very polite and professional. He moved all of the furniture, ripped out the old carpet, installed the pad and then the new carpet. He worked all day, but finished the job and moved all the furniture back in place. I would definitely use them again.
