Loved my experience. First visit the rep came on time and was very attentive to my needs. She made sure I did not settle or push myself to far beyond what I actually wanted. Day of installing the people were so nice and professional. They were quick and kept my little one entertained. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

National Floors Direct replaced our old bedroom carpet. The sale consultant was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installers were professional and quick. They tore out and removed an old carpet and installed a new one without a hitch. This was all done in less than 3 days, on short notice. We are pleased with the results. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I had a hardwood floor and a carpet installed. Quality is excellent and rich looking. The installers were neat and clean. My home looks beautiful. I ordered the products and my floors were done in a week. They work hard and complete the job to a perfection. I will use NFD again shortly. A plus rating from me.

The entire "new floor" process with National Floors Direct was smooth, efficient, convenient and professional. Everything was set up according to my schedule and went according to plan. I received emails and calls beforehand so I had numerous chances to ask questions, etc. The installation process was great - quick, professional friendly installers. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. NFD arrived early on the day of installation. The installer reviewed the order, the flooring, and the rooms with me before starting any work. Once everything was ready, the work was performed in an efficient and clean manner. National floors direct did an amazing job. All of the staff is friendly and professional from start to finish.the salesman was awesome helping me pick just what I wanted with no pressure. The installation team were great they didn't miss anything. I will definitely recommend this company for all your flooring .

I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. Contractors were on time. All work was completed as per specifications. Contractors were neat clean and organised. Contractors wore masks throughout the install. Any unusual areas were brought to my attention to ensure I would be happy with finished product. Would have no hesitation is using them again!

I ordered vinyl for my kitchen and berber rug for my basement. The process was easy from beginning to end. Brian our sales guy was great. Where I am most impressed is with the installers. They knew exactly what they were doing and was efficient and the floors came out beautiful! They took their time and did the job right.

The initial sales appointment was so easy. We knew what we wanted and had a budget. The sales man was very accommodating and worked hard to get us where we needed to be. We were called to confirm our installation and followed up with an email for the time frame. The crew was on time and COVID cautious. They reviewed the rooms to be done along with the carpet choices.
