Mike showed up on time and was very professional. He showed us all the samples in person and they were large enough to get a sense of which floor would look best in our room. Then he used a software on his iPad to show us how the one we chose would look in the room we wanted it in which solidified our decision. He also worked with us to make sure we got the best price with the financing option that worked best for our budget. My entire apartment was just carpeted by National Floors Direct. The process was smooth from the very beginning. Pierre was responsible for measuring and providing an estimate, but he also helped us to pick the best carpet. He called before he arrived and was timely. The installation process also went well. The installation crew was timely, and the install was seamless. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure to get our approval before they left. Very pleased from start to finish with national floors durect. Salesman was wonderful and polite keeping is well informed of all our options. Pricing was excellent. Installers were very prompt and skilled. Installation was quick and the product was superb. All in all we are very pleased with our purchase.
National Floors Direct installed was hired to install a carpet in our family room. They did an outstanding job from Sales through installation. Very professional. We asked for an earlier than normal appointment and they accommodated **. They even went as far as to move our furniture back in the room and vacuumed the new rug afterwards. To show appreciation for our business they also send a gift card. I highly recommend National Floors Direct for your future flooring needs.

I recently had National Floors Direct install new laminate flooring in my living room and hallway. I am very happy I stopped procrastinating and took care of this. The workers promptly removed my old carpeting and went right to work on the new flooring. These workers were professional, hard working and really paid strict attention to all details. National floors direct was extremely professional and efficient through the whole process. Within two days of calling I received an estimate and the install was promptly scheduled. The installation team did a great job working quietly and quickly. I was extremely happy with the overall job start to finish and would use national floors direct again!
The work done was top notch. The installer was quick, experienced and polite. They cleaned up during and afterward. Only wish that installer and salesperson were on same page. Salesperson said the installer will move around furniture and installer said they don't do that.
Everything with National Floors Direct was easy. When the sales person came into our home he was respectful (during covid times) and pleasant to talk to. I didn't feel a lot of pressure to do anything and he told us information we hadn't heard before. After seeing examples and the price, we went ahead with purchasing.
