My basement needed help for a long time! So first, had a quote from a competitor, but I wanted a second quote so I called National Floors. They came right over and presented a presentation that explains the quality of the materials they use. To add to that, they use name brand materials that are made in in the USA. My wife and I are extremely happy with our new carpet from National Floors Direct. The carpeting looks great and the entire process was enjoyable. The sales representative did an excellent job measuring for the floors and she was able to provide us with multiple options that worked within our budget. Such a great experience working with National Floors Direct. From start to finish, everything went smoothly and we ended up with the perfect runner on our stairs. Everything was easy: a sales rep came to our home with plenty of samples and helped us quickly narrow down our options based on our needs/wants in less than an hour--way quicker than expected, though not rushed at all. I was very pleased with the installation of our floors. I needed 3 rooms done for a rental property i own. The week before the salesman came out to show me some samples. Once we agreed on a price for install, we were able to set an install date pretty quickly. The installers arrived early on the day of install. The 2 installers were very pleasant. NO NEED TO CALL ANYONE ELSE FOR FLOORING NEEDS!!! We were looking to replace 24 yr old carpeting that had been through 5 children and numerous pets. We called several flooring companies for quotes and National Direct had the best quality product we had seen by far and their initial quote was well below both our budget as well as the other companies we had talked to. My husband and I were in a bind for the floor to be done as it had become unsafe for our child. NFD came in, provided an informative sales pitch, and was willing to work with us regarding budget. The estimate for the job was in line with other estimated we received. The installation was efficient and the installers were process and careful with their work. National Floors Direct went above and beyond our expectations. We had scheduled an appointment with a few different flooring companies, National Floors was the first one of the day. We were so impressed with Tonya that we signed the agreement on the spot, without even hearing from the other companies.
