I had 3 room and 2 stairways installed by National Floors Direct on 6/18/2020. They arrived on time and worked through the day to complete the installation. The two installers were very professional and knowledgeable. I love the carpets and the job they did. They took all the old carpets and padding with them. They were sure to ask if I was satisfied with the installation before they left. I will be sure to use NFD for any of my future flooring needs.

My experience with National Floors Direct was positive. A very professional company. I was contacted regularly of notifications of work being done. They met my time line. The products were what I ordered and were quality. The workers sent to do the floors seemed good at what they do. My laminate floors were finished off with trim pieces that matched the room they were installed in.
This was our third time using NFD in our home over the last 13 years. Each time we have had a great experience, this the repeat business (for different areas in our home). We needed to re-carpet our 2nd floor(hallway & bedrooms) after 20 yrs The installers were very efficient. The rug was installed in less than half a day. The carpet is plush, good quality. We purchased and had our vinyl plank floor installed by National Floors Direct. The sales person arrived promptly as scheduled. She measured and showed us some options. We agreed on a product and price. Installation was scheduled. The installers arrived promptly and did everything from start to finish. They moved furniture, removed old carpet, installed the new floor and cleaned up. They were professional.efficient and did a high quality job. Thank you NFD.
