I just want to say that we had the best experience with the quality of the installation of our carpet. The installers were very professional in moving our furniture out of the way. They very quickly removed the old carpet and cleaned all the padding and dust underneath the old carpeting. They arrived right in the arrival window and were very quick and thorough. My experience with National Floors Direct was seamless and rewarding. I was looking to install carpet in two rooms with a short time frame. As promised the installer called one hour before arriving. Upon arrival he was very courteous. He reviewed the order with me, and got my approval that the carpet was the right color. He moved all the furniture out of the room without damaging anything. The installation looked great when complete. The installer was very neet and cleaned up everything when he was done. He removed all the trash and you would never know someone was there working.
This was our third time using NFD in our home over the last 13 years. Each time we have had a great experience, this the repeat business (for different areas in our home).
