National Floors provided an exquisite service! Just moved to Haverhill, MA and they increased my moving-in experience by ensuring my floors were updated quicly and safetly during these unsure times. I want to emphasize on the professionalism, punctuality and great service they provided, along with appropriate follow up. My husband and I currently are planning to hire them again for some additional flooring work. We look forward to work with them again.

We recently put our condo up for sale and needed to have the carpets replaced in order to maximize the value. I'm convinced that a large reason we did so well on the sale is because of the work these folks did on the 1000 square feet of carpeting they installed... it made a 30-year-old condo look brand new!! It is such a relief to see a project completed. It's refreshing to see that completed project done so well because we had the right team looking out for us. We'll be back when we are ready to get the bedroom floors updated.

I had a good experience with NFD. The sales man was professional and did not push us. He helped us stay within budget for 3 floors. The installers were very professional and efficient. They installed that carpet in no time. I would consider using them again for my master bedroom!

I was extremely impressed from start to finish in regards to National Floors removing old carpets and installing new to four bedrooms in my home. Installers were fast and efficient. They left the rooms clean. All the furniture was moved with care. Staff neatly returned the furniture. Did a walk through at the end.

Sales was able to beat competitors price. Communication was good when scheduling install. Installers showed at very end of scheduled window 12 for a (7:30-12 window). They worked nonstop until completion at 10 pm, but did not have time to properly clean or vacuum due to late hour.

I was very happy with National Floors Direct. Both the estimator and installer came when they said they would. They were polite and efficient. The installers did a terrific job. They cleaned up before they left. I am thrilled with the results.

My new laminate floors from National Floors Direct are stunning! The 2 gentlemen who came were polite and very hard working. They got 3 rooms, a hallway and bathroom done in one day. The attention to detail was incredible. My husband and I couldn't be happier. We feel we got a great value after shopping around.
