My experience with National Floors Direct was a seamless and rewarding. I was looking to install carpet into two rooms with in a short time frame. I had a knowledgeable rep come to my home and help my wife and I pick out a carpet that would best suit our house. He also helped us stay within our budget. In one week we had new carpet and the install team was professional, onetime, and fast. We were overly pleased with the entire process. We recommend National Floors Direct for your next carpeting needs.

I had a pleasant experience shopping with National Floors Direct. The sales agent was prompt, professional, patient and knowledgeable. She walked me through the types of flooring available and explained features of different products to help me make an informed decision. Last Wednesday, I had my kitchen floors changed from tile to hard wood. Initially when the sales person came to my home, I was having him price out carpets for my family room. We got to talking and I had already mentioned when I made the appointment that I might be interested in hard wood. My salesperson thoroughly gave me an education on the different options I had to get the look I was after. We used National Floors Direct for the second time and were completely satisfied again! We had the old carpet removed from our three season room and new plank vinyl flooring installed and it is BEAUTIFUL! From the salesman, the scheduling Team to the installation team, everyone was 100% professional. We LOVE our new floor and will tell all our Family and Friends that NFD is our only choice for any future flooring needs! Thanks again NFD! Very satisfied customers

Our entire experience, from sales through the end of the installation went quickly and smoothly, Our representative offered samples that were helpful representations of our purchases. We were only buying carpet for a stairwell to a recently refinished basement, not a complete room but we were treated like we were spending thousands of dollars. We loved your website. Being able to see your product in our rooms was very helpful. Your sales Rep Gilbert K******** was prompt , knowledgeable , professional and friendly.He answered all our questions. The installation team arrived early , explained the product being installed , respected my home , and did a great job with the carpet install. We love how the rooms came out. We received a post installation call to insure our satisfaction. Our experience was great!! We will highly recommend this company!!!
