I was extremely pleased with the quality of the work that was performed by National Floors Direct at my home in April, 2020. I had carpeting installed in two bedrooms and hardwood flooring installed in my living room. The sales experience was very easy, low-key, and professional. National floors direct was great to work with. I called them up for carpet in two rooms and flooring in another. They sent out someone the next day with samples and they were very helpful and knowledgeable. Installed very fast and it looks great. Will be doing business with national floors in the future. Great price and great installation. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

My husband and I were doing some research on flooring because we were interested in getting new carpets in two rooms in our house. We called National floors direct and scheduled an appointment. They came out and helped us pick out what was best for our rooms. They were very helpful and professional! We were a little concerned about it being able to be completed because of covid19 but we were very pleased that they were able to complete the job. Hi I like the new floors they look beautiful and will last much longer then what was there before. The installers gave wonderful advice and could not in good conscience put down the vinyl without first recommending we put plywood down first. This would keep the vinyl from moving out of place due to our creaky floorboards. The extra time and effort was worth it. The shipment was short some footage so we had to wait an extra week for it to come in.

I completely love my new floor! NFD installed a laminate in my lower level that looks like real wood and is so easy to keep clean. From my first phone call to NFD, to the estimate, to the day of installation, NFD was a pleasure to work with. My floor was installed April 2, 2020 and cost about $4500, it is a pretty big space. I found the price to be very competitive and the guys were super easy to work with. I was extremely pleased with my experience with National Floor Direct. When the salesperson came to give us an estimate I told him I had a very strict budget to stay within. He went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted and stay within that budget. The office staff that scheduled our appointment was very professional and called when they said they would. we had a great experience with National Floors Direct. The sales person was very professional and did everything he could to meet our needs. The installers came on time, they were very careful when moving my furniture, they worked very hard and fast to get the job done. we are very satisfied and I would highly recommend them.
