We’ve had National floors direct install flooring and carpeting in our upstairs. Plus, work in our downstairs. The whole process was a breeze! They went above and beyond to get us the best price and had everything installed within days. Everyone we’ve dealt with, from the salesperson to the installers, went above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we want. We will not hesitate to call National Floors Direct for our future projects. Thank you NFD for such great Floors!

We had National Floors Direct come out to give us a quote. The sales representative was very knowledgeable about Carpet and padding. She was very polite and NOT pushy , which most sales people are. I have to say from the beginning to the end of the installation of the carpet everyone was extremely pleasant.The carpet was installed without any dings or marks on my freshly painted walls in a matter of a few hours :). I would most defiantly have them do any of my future flooring.

We had such a positive experience with this Company. Everyone we dealt with was extremely professional. Also, every aspect of the process was done in a very timely manner. Our sales person Brian was exceptional. He gave us options and showed us a variety of carpet colors and price point choices for our bedroom. He told us exactly what to expect and when. There are not enough words to tell you how pleased I am with my new floor. I had been looking around for a while but everything was so expensive, I just couldn't swing it. Two things happen. I tripped over seam in my old linoleum and found out that Greg O'Neil, an old friend was working for National Floors Direct. The process was so simple. Greg came over with samples. I hired National Floors Direct to replace some carpet in my office. Jackie the sales associate came to my house and walked the room and the house. She measured the room with a tape measure which I found refreshing because it is not often people use tape measures anymore. She was able to get me the best price for the room of carpet and everything was done on time and in a quick fashioned. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family.

I just finished my basement and couldn't decide on flooring. After getting flooring quotes from **** *****and ***** I decided to contact National Floor direct for a flooring quote. Flooring direct was not only able to beat the quote, they also have a variety of different flooring choices. They were able to come out the week after. The work performed was quick and exceptional. My flooring is perfect. The flooring specialist was extremely knowledgeable and professional

We were very pleased with the job done by National Floors Direct. Their price was comparable to the quote we had gotten from other companies, and the installers did a good job and cleaned up before they left. We would not be afraid to have NFD do a future job for us.
