I called National Floors Direct and asked to order some carpets from them. A sales person came to my house the next day, on time. He was on time, poliite and shoed us a large selection of capets to chose from. We nade an appointment, they called the day before, confirmed installation, showed up, early, and did a beautiful job installing my new carpet. I highly recommend this company!
We were very happy with the person who came out and explain the national floors direct products and took the time to listen to my wife's particular needs and questions. We were very happy to know that they were generous to give us a military discount which means a lot and sealed our purchase.

We were first going to get our vinyl floor from another company but National Floors Direct (NFD) matched the price. The Salesperson was also more knowledgeable of the various flooring's. We just felt more comfortable going with NFD. The installers we very efficient and cleaned up after their work. The floor looks great and we are very satisfied. Schedule the in house appointment was fast and easy. All the appointments were confirmed in advance and both (sales representative and installers) call us to confirm estimated arrival time.
