I was quite pleased and happy with my recent NFD order and installation. NFD kept me abreast from calling the day after the order was placed (to confirm everything) to calling 5 days in advance to inform and confirm the installation date. I was contacted as promised the morning of the installation providing me with the time I was to expect the installers. The installation of my carpet from National Floors Direct is complete. The whole process took less than 2 1/2 weeks from my Free In-Home Estimate request, to the completed installation. When I requested my Free In Home Estimate, I was called within 5 minutes, and an appointment was made for the following day for the measure and quote. David came to my home, brought samples, measured my room and gave me a quote. My service has been very professional, polite and positive with everyone I have come in contact with professional personnel at National Floors Direct. I am also inviting Lois to come back to my house after the carpet is installed because I feel confident that my house will look beautiful after everything is complete. They quoted me one price at the start of a kitchen remodel. By the end of it the whole room looked amazing and the cost was actually a touch lower than expected. Not much, but they did find a way to shave off some time and that gave us a little wiggle room in the quoted price.

My experience with National Flooring Direct for the installation of hardwood flooring in two rooms of my home was excellent. The installers arrived early in the "4 hour window" and worked hard all day. They worked for almost 10 hours and I was in my home the whole time and never saw (or heard) them take a lunch break all day long. At the end of the day, the areas were clean and no debris was to be seen. The floors were BEAUTIFUL and even the cutouts for the radiators were impressive. Thank you for a great job!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE!I’m a first time customer too NFD so, needless to say, I had my guard up. I had used the services of a major competitor to NFD and my experience was not a pleasant one. Being in the property management industry, I had numerous options for contractors; However, I thought I would give NFD a shot for the special being offered was almost too good to pass up. This is the third time using National Floors Direct. The hole process went very smoothly!! Would recommend them to anyone if they did new flooring
