My experience was great with NFD. Our salesman arrived on time and was professional and courteous. We would not budge on our budget and he was able to meet our budget. We had three rooms of carpet installed at a great price. The guys who installed our carpet were very professional and efficient. They were on time and installed our carpet quickly. I am so happy that I went with National Floors Direct for my carpet. The whole process took less 2 1/2 weeks from my Free In-Home Estimate request, to the completed installation. When I requested my Free In Home Estimate, I was called within 5 minutes, and an appointment was made for the following day for the measure and quote. David came to my home, brought a lot of samples, measured my room and gave me a quote. Both the estimator and installer came when they said they would. They were polite and efficient. The installers did a terrific job. They cleaned up before they left. I am thrilled with the results. I received a gift card for submitting this honest review.
The saleperson, Austin, was great. He helped me get what I needed and he understood exactly what I was going for. When the guys got to my house, I was told they'd be there between 12 and 4, it was 3. I asked them to make sure all nails were pulled up, including the metal. The main guys said that wouldn't be a problem. They did the hallway and living room, but not my stairs. They came on time and worked very hard to make sure we were happy. They showed us the color of the tile before they began and had us look over the floor before they left. They were willing to go back and make a few quick adjustments that we asked for. They also made sure to clean up everything before they left. We would use national floors direct again. My experience with NFD exceeded my expectations. I was going to go with Empire The price was great, but after meeting with a sales rep from NFD very informative he came prepared brought samples with brands of something empire did not have where carpet was made and brand of carpet. They were more expensive, but they price matched empire and they were very flexible with scheduling. The installation was done in less than 3 hours for a large lofts area. The carpet looks amazing very satisfied. Will use again soon
The process was easy from start to finish. Our sales rep Christina was informative and lead us in the right direction for flooring that was right for us. She also had tons of samples which helped us make a decision. Installation was on time, communicated clearly throughout the process, and was done in just a few hours.
