I have nothing but great things to say about National Floors Direct. From when I placed the first phone call, I could tell I was dealing with very professional staff. We set up an appointment for that weekend. Our salesman was very knowledge, helpful and right on time. We had been given a lower rate from a different company but NFD was able to beat that price and offer a payment plan. I think National Floors Direct did a great job. From the initial meeting to pick out floors to the completion of the two rooms. Very efficient and quality work. We did have an issue with the threshhold, but NFD remedied the situation. The flooring looks great and we are overly satisfied. Would recommend their services.

I recently purchased carpeting and had it installed by National Floors direct in January 2019. My experience from start to install was perfect. The person who came to my house to share samples and provide pricing was very professional and helpful. After selecting the carpet and being provided the quote, we decided to move forward at which point the process was clearly outlined to me. I found National Floors Direct to be a very professional and trained organization. The finish and quality of work they did installing the hardwood floor in my kitchen was excellent. They moved my appliances back promptly after the work was done. The work area was clean and the job was done very quickly within the time period they claimed it would be completed. Brand new carpet. Excellent service, product and cleanliness. Would recommend to anyone and am perfectly thrilled! The crew was extremely professional, polite and tidy. I do not have one complaint about my experience with National Floors Direct.

National floors direct was a great experience from start to finish. The website was easy to navigate and making a FREE appointment was hassle free. I received a call from a customer service representative within minutes and the company worked around my schedule. The agent that came to my house to show samples and discuss the project arrived on time and was polite and professional. The transaction went easily, because the agent was properly prepared to answer my questions. I was contacted as expected and provided the installation date/timeframe.
