We loved your website. Being able to see your product in our rooms was very helpful. Your sales Rep Gilbert K******** was prompt , knowledgeable , professional and friendly.He answered all our questions. The installation team arrived early , explained the product being installed , respected my home , and did a great job with the carpet install. We love how the rooms came out. We received a post installation call to insure our satisfaction. Our experience was great!! We will highly recommend this company!!!

The employees that were sent to my house today, were outstanding! They were very courteous, pleasant and most of all, they paid attention to detail and as a Retired Marine that means a lot. They have always gave me great pricing, and my clients love their flooring. They always have so many different flooring for my clients to choose from and they simply love the quality!

10/10 recommend national floors direct! The estimate worked for my budget, the carpet quality by far exceeded by expectations. The installation was within a timely manner! The gentlemen who came to install were on time, efficient, extremely polite and above all cleaned up after themselves! I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for new flooring, great products, great prices and great customer service. After a few too many years, we finally made the move and got new carpet. The carpet installation process was so much faster and easier than I thought it would be. I was dreading the whole thing, but I am so pleased with the whole thing! From start to finish, the guys were so easy to be around, and they really got to work. It looks fabulous!!

They came when promised. They were pleasant and very efficient and the product is outstanding. They moved and replaced my furniture without a scratch and cleaned every last bit of old and new carpet from my residence. They even left me a substantial piece of carpet for repairs if I needed it. We are very pleased with our experience from the moment our sales representative walked into our house to the moment we received a call asking if everything went well. Our sales rep did a great job, explaining every step of the process, and what flooring would be best for our kitchen. The installation team came on time, and were well prepared. They were very professional and did a great job. We were very pleased with the entire experience.

My sales rep at NFD was good. He was direct and when a little snafu occurred he worked it out in my favor. The installers came prepared and did a great job I especially liked that they cleaned up after themselves. My floors look great and I paid less than a third of what Lumber Liquidators quoted!
