We met with the salesman, Brian, who was on time for his appointment and listened to our needs. He suggested a few carpets that would work and gave us a quote. Brian was very low key, not pushy, and had a very positive, affable attitude. We also met with a competitor and got a lower quote. NFD was happy to match that quote and we decided to go with NFD. Very happy with salesman (Greg). He was very informative, pleasant and an asset to your company. Happy with quality of carpeting. Not so happy with installation. Feel that fellow that did edging needs more training. Hopefully, we will be able to correct this ourselves.

I saw the TV ad and called the number. A helpful young man answered (Eric), asked a few questions, and set up a visit. A few days later, Tanya arrived. She was very pleasant and we got down to business. She made a short but thorough presentation and then answered questions. She asked our opinion, made a few suggestions, and gave us our price. The installers where very pleasant and professional. They worked well together. But there was some damaged left behind on the wooden baseboards. Also they made a little error in measurements and did a patch job to fix it. Fortunately it is under a baseboard heating element and is not that visible.
Removed old carpeting and installed new carpeting in four bedrooms in about four hours. The installers were great, they removed all of the mess and vacuumed. I would highly recommend this company I love my new floors!!
My experience with this company so far has been excellent from the sales person to the contact people on the phone.
