Our experience with National Floor Direct was great start to finish. They came to our home, walked us through the different options and helped us come to a decision that fit our lifestyle and budget. The carpet was installed in a timeframe that worked to our specifications. All in all we would recommend them and will use them again.
I had a very positive experience with national floors direct and would use them again. Great installers that were very careful and cleaned up after themselves. Carpet looks great and was installed correctly.
My recent purchase from National Floors Direct was worthy of sharing. The standout take away from the experience was that first, the carpeting was something I was pleased with. I was surprised at how good the padding was. The installer - Gustavo, was terrific. This fairly large job was supposed to have a few people working on the installation. I had a very positive experience with National Floors Direct recently. The salesman, Jason, was great! Very knowledgeable, friendly and NOT pushy. The guys who came to do the install were neat and fast and did a great job. My floor looks awesome :)
Great service, excellent results, very professional, highly recommended. Kitchen floor looks great. Saving my spare change so Nationl direct I can remodel my TV room floor.

NFD was amazing from beginning to end. Making a appointment that fit my sheduale was easy. The sales person was great and found what me and my wife wanted very quick. Great workers! Beautiful carpet! Excellent work! Only one thing I didn't like: I had doors that needed cut in order to fit back on the hinges. National Floors Direct, Inc. needs an carpenter or handyman that can take care of that after the carpet is installed. It would save time for homeowner to search for that need.
