After getting a quote from my local flooring company I requested a quote for NFD for comparison. The process was extremely easy, and felt like I was dealing with a local company. From the first contact on the phone with NFD to the final installation of my two rental floors, I was completely satisfied with the sales rep, the installers, the product and the price. All were knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend NFD to a friend or to use again always in hopes that their price will be out other competitors.

National Floors Direct was so easy to work with. I scheduled an appointment that was convenient to me and the salesman was on time. He was patient and showed me many options and price points. Installation was scheduled at a time that worked with my schedule and the installers arrived on time. They guys were courteous and got right to work. They did a great job and cleaned up as they went. Our experience from start to finish was super fast and easy. Scheduled online and got appointment requested. Floors were installed 3 days after appointment. The installers worked all day to make sure the job was finished. They left the area clean and did not damage anything.
My husband and I have been going back and forth with making a decision about updating the carpet in the house we bought.
