We used National Floors Direct for a carpet install in our new home. The saleswoman was helpful and thorough. We received a price that was hard to beat. Our installer was very kind and friendly. He arrived promptly and got right to work. He worked very hard ensuring that our carpets were installed correctly. We were pleased with the results. We had a really great experience. We replaced all the carpet in the upstairs of our home as well as two staircases. The carpet we chose is beautiful and we got such a great price on the whole job. And, we did it the week before Christmas. The guys that came out to do the job did it in one day. They did really nice work. We have used NFD in the past and will use again in the future.

We had our basement steps carpeted to transition into our newly tiled basement floor and landing. The tile is a Black porcelain tile with white marble lines and Gray grout so our challenge was to seamlessly transitioning the carpeted stairs into the tiled floors. We Chose a gray carpet Loop Pile which is the most suitable for basements and high traffic areas . It matched the grout perfectly.Our Installer Dwayne did an excellent job ! Loved working with National Floors Direct. The sales consultant was amazing. She helped us envision and than plan the floor for our kitchen, and two bathrooms. An Ultimate Professional. Showed up on time with plenty of samples and no pressure. The floor arrived and was installed just before the holidays in one day and look great. Installers were on time. They even cleaned up after they were done. They too made a few suggestions. The floors look amazing just in time for the holidays with little to no stress.

Exceptional! My husband and I recently had our lower level (basement) refinished and needed carpeting for the stairs before Christmas. It was 10 days before Christmas and I called NFD inquiring about carpeting. The Customer service representative was very pleasant and professional. She set me up with a sales representative to come out as early as the next day. We opted for three days due to our work schedules. Did lot of research before finally deciding who was going to replace my kitchen floor. Saw all kinds of ads and offers but one stuck in my head -that there was one price for floor installation , it was going to beat all prices or else it was free, so I called National Floors Direct. I submitted a request for a free estimate directly on the website and within an hour somebody had already called me to schedule an appointment. They were able to schedule an appointment for the next day! The sales representative Pierre showed up exactly on time and was a great person to talk with and work with as he described the process and showed me the samples.
