We just had 4 rooms of capeting done by National Floors Direct. This was our third experience with NFD since buying our home 12 years ago, and we were completely satisfied, again! A quick phone call got a representative out to us right away. He was knowledgeable and helped us to make our selections based on our needs. The installers were right on time and meticulous! Our rooms were completed earlier than anticipated, and they look fabulous. I will definitely keep recommending National Floors Direct to my friends and family!
The installers were very professional, clean and well organized. They installed three floors and left no mess when they were done.

What a great experience! I received a response to my online request for a consultation promptly. The lady that arrived to show us carpet samples was very thorough and an absolute doll. She took the time to find out exactly what we were looking for and we never felt any pressure. On the day of installation, the two gentleman that arrived were very polite. I had a great experience with National Floors Direct. I put in a request online early evening, I was contacted the next morning to schedule the consultation. My sales person was scheduled to arrive between 5pm and 7pm. I was pleasantly surprised that she arrived right at 5pm. Cristina was the sales person. She was very personable, took her time to find out what my needs were and then showed me samples that fit within my needs. It has been a great experience working with your company. I had an emergency family situation and had to reschedule the installation. The team was accommodative of my request and I had them drop off the materials in my garage until i got back and rescheduled. In a week i was able to call back and reschedule the appointment. National flooring direct was so easy to work with. We had an appt scheduled within 10 minutes of filling out a form online. They called us back so quickly and made scheduling so simple. They have late hours which is what we needed. Once we picked out our carpet they had it installed within 2 weeks. They were very professional and the job was great. We didn’t even have to move furniture because they do they for you. I would highly recommend national floors direct to anyone. We will definitely use them in the future!
I had carpeting installed throughout my entire 2nd floor; 3 bedrooms, hallway and stairs. The communication from the company was timely and informative. The installers arrived right on time and were courteous and completely cleaned up all debris. This was a very easy process for me. I believe the price I paid was fair for the amount of carpeting I had installed.
Our project consisted of two rooms with two different materials. The first room, carpet, was completed on time and came out great. The installer also helped me set all the furniture back up and then move a leftover piece of carpet into our utility room to cover a portion of the cement floor. The next day a crew was supposed to come out and complete the install of a vinyl plank floor in a basement bedroom.
