Worst company in the world. Promise you one thing, deliver something different than what you wanted. Then they want to charge you more during the installation to take away the carpeting. They will charge you extra for what you thought you were originally getting. The installer broke items, pulled my window coverings off the track breaking the clips, broke the pull strings, lost the top of one lamp, molding came up with my tripping over it, cable wires left exposed. Terrible experience. Made us sign some form to wave our right of deposit refund due to emergency installation, called after confirmation and said that material is not available for another 40 days, refused to refund our deposit after they breached out contract. Offered different material said its the same, even better, asked for more money, offered no sample. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! Salesman was nice - install staff is very nice - product was not what was shown on the sample board - i called customer service and was told very simply to go jump in lake if i didn't take what they brought to install then i would be billed additional fees. BOTTOM LINE THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE HORRIBLE - ***** from customer service was very nice to tell me that i could either take it or they would keep my deposit and i had no options and tough luck. Worst company ever! Does not try to work with you and your schedule! Forced my husband to pick a date that was not convenient and then wanted to charge us to change the date. WORST customer service! Representative blatantly stated they are not willing to help make it work! Please do not use this company unless you want to deal with headaches! I have used other companies that are wonderful and willing to work with you. With this company its their way or they charge you fees. STAY AWAY!

My salesmen ,******************* appeared ok initially. He screwed up several details including material, payment . The office was the worst. Nobody had a clue as to who was doing what. Repeated phone calls asking the same question over and over again. Due to a clerical error they were unable to process my zelle transfer. The only people great were the installers. I want to start this all by adding the context that am I senior citizen, and dealing with national floors direct was the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I feel like they have taken advantage of me due to my age and I really hope this warning helps potential customers. **************** was lacking after the sale. A project manager could have made this installation go extremely faster and better. Installer there was only 2 people to do my lower level of my house. I was never warned about the dust during and after the installation. *** took longer then expected. 1 worker left the job site with the inexperienced work to do work for about 6 hours. My new laminate floors were installed October 2023. The installers did not speak English. My contract said to install to a certain point. The installers did not ask where that point was. They pulled up extra carpet and installed flooring where it was not asked for. National Floors is refusing to correct this problem. I would not reccomend National Floors as communication is difficult. I have noted my feelings on ******** to 227 friends.
