Worst company ever They threw paper work at my wife because she wouldn't sign installation review because they wanted to do it themselves, paperwork was hidden, due to them opening up a dresser drawer with my wife's underwear in it when they were told not to.Also, they showed up at 5pm for a 2-day installation and did it until 10pm, the installers even said it should be 2 days as per contract.Then they used tape to hold down a border and told me to remove it in 3 days, now causing a tear in the floor material which they fina... read more

Worst place in the world you can get flooring, one bedroom had to remove carpet The other bedroom was just a cement floor, needed more molding to finish job, installer said they'd be back next day to finish job, they left all old carpet and padding out in ************* for all the neighbors and people drive by to look at, 3 days later after raising h*** they finally come by and picked up old scraps, they have yet to return and install the new molding , they won't return your phone call and when you do get a hold of someone t... read more

A *** person called me this morning,was talking to my son,telling *** what he wanted to know. than he asked for my dad,i put him on i was talking to him for about 1 minute he said This is NOT Your Dad. What kind of company expects their money before the work is done?What if Im not happy with the order?******************* gave unreliable facts. The first fact is he tells the customer the phone number to call to cancel the order if the customer. But he is wrong on that fact. It is mandatory to send in a signed form for cancellation notice! This company is devious, tricky, and non-communicative when a customer has a problem. Because of a personal problem in our family I found out that I would not be able to follow through on my order. I called the company the very next morning after the Friday signing, to let them know. They promised me a callback from a manager. National floors direct sent a man to install new flooring in our kitchen. He stated that he couldn't install new flooring since he thought the old flooring might have asbestos. Left new flooring in house and left. Never returned or called.Company called an hr later and said that the floor tiles had to be tested for asbestos .After much research, a local company said they would test it an have answer in a few days for a cost of $100.The results came back with no asbestos. Had a representative come in to give me a price. We signed a contract. Two gentlemen came on the agreed upon date. They worked hard. Neither one spoke English. I was trying to communicate with them when they were showing me what they were putting in. The second floor stairway was supposed to have a thicker pad. I tried to tell the worker in words and with my fingers that this area was to get a thicker padding. Thought he understood. The padding that went in was thin. Sales men very good but didn't add promises he told us but did not put in contract so installer was not provided with materials to do job. Resulting additional costs and stress for installer and us.
