AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS! They make grand promises to secure your business, but once the contract is signed, they blatantly disregard their initial commitments. Despite assuring furniture ************* part of the agreement, they exploit the situation by demanding additional payments for this service. Sales men very good but didn't add promises he told us but did not put in contract so installer was not provided with materials to do job. Resulting additional costs and stress for installer and us.
I would like to leave no reviews because they were horrible. They broke my furniture. They left my walls. They put a floor my walls they put a floor down that was crooked. I wouldnt recommend them to anybody. My worst enemy wouldnt recommend them to. Im in court with them now Im going to court with them now And they giving me such a hard time so Im gonna fight it all the way beware
Terrible company!!! They put off the installation of our floors 3 times already with stupid reasons. It started with the salesman not knowing his products at all. He sold us flooring that was discontinued by the manufacturer a while ago. When he called us he stated that we could just pick out another flooring that was similar and my wife did and he said that was in stock and our installation date would still be honored. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with any installation process.BEWARE Less than ZERO stars. Get everything in writing in the contract. Once you sign they will ghost you no customer service at all.My adventure started with sales requiring a letter that stated I was waiving my three days right to cancel due to emergency installation, two weeks away! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!I placed in order with National Floors Direct back in August. My wife and I purchased a vinyl floor from the mohawk collection called Desert Twilight. The sales rep that we met up with told us that we can call NFD when we are ready to schedule the install. He tentatively put us on a schedule for 10.2.2023 so he would lock us in with the rate he quoted us, but reassured us we can call to reschedule the install without an issue. Do not use them. Poor service, poor quality floors, when i tried to get a manager to come look at the terrible installation they send the installer and he told them it was the weight of my furniture.
