Would never use national floors direct again. Had major issues with carpet install. Reached out multiple times via phone and email. No one seems to care and dont get back me. Hardwood install was not bad. Not sure why 2 different colors of wood were used on the stairs, guess my stairs have character now. Also would of been nice to know ahead of time it was going to take two days. I guess it could of taken 1 if they showed up at a presentable time. Shady Practices. I booked 2 appointments. One for my office in ******, and one for my inn in ************. After meeting with the rep in ******, I told him I wanted to get other estimates.The following day, the rep who was supposed to meet me in ************ never showed. When I called, I was told that because I didn't place a deposit during my meeting in ******, they had cancelled my meeting in Provincetown. On 3/19/2022 I met with sales rep ******************* he misrepresented the details of the install and rushed through the contract. I scheduled for vinyl flooring for my kitchen 3/23 only to be told by the installer that I needed to pay an additional fee on top of the *** balance. The installer had no idea that he had to pull up the existing linoleum; it was not mentioned on his paperwork. Sales person came and was good. Installation was a nightmare. Had to call them back twice for bad installation and a general disregard for doing the job right. Bad work ethic and very poor results. Don't be fooled by next day installation. This company is bad news!!! Be smart and don't go with this company.
National Floors did not bring the floor that we purchased and the manager was no help. Kept saying we should have looked at the website when the salesman showed the sample. Will never purchase from them again!
If I could give this business a negative ten star review I would ,this company will take your money ,buyer beware !!!!!please read there contract,it has hidden charges and there products are garbage , please consider using another company you will thank me later .
I would give zero stars if that was an option.Please BEWARE of this company. Their sales approach is completely unethical. The salesperson will falsely imply that you stated you are not in a rush to have the service performed, even though their whole advertising pitch is for next-day installation. Once you bring up that you are looking for immediate or asap installation, they will insist that you sign a waiver stating you waive the right to cancel the contract as the service is to be performed in the near future. Once they took your cashiers check they gave you the runaround they told you they be measuring for the carpet but it be returning to bound as ordered and paid for so when they came I paid for it and it wasnt bound so they made another appointment for two days later I called them two minutes before the last time they were supposed to be here and they told me theyre not coming the machine broke again I started to cry she hung up on me I called back and then she said I couldnt have the next day appointment it was gone already I... read more
There are several issues that I noticed about busiess practice of National Floors Direct such as: mal-practice, asking only cash payment, misusing the customer's trust & transparency!! The salesman after measuring my require Vinyle floor covering never put on my quotation the material & installation costs per square foot.
