Do nor use this company. Nothing is right. Sent in pictures, still waiting for redo on unfinished floors and half rounds that go on floors and against molding. Waiting to hear back if they will finish job. Laundry room not finished left old broken cabinets from outside.dumbster from another apartment to cover back of washer and dryer. This company have gave me the run around, and did not return my calls until after the third day right of rescission.
If I could rate them 0 I would. their sales people **** and don't know what they are selling and don't tell you anything important that you would need to know before you buy; especially if you are changing only some floors. I had no idea that the flooring I bought would give me a 2 inch step in transition, creating a major trip hazard. DONT EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE THEIVES. Three weeks ago I had a salesman come to my house. I chose a carpet for my room and my father in law, who lives with my husband and I , chose one for his end of the house , and both of us left deposits. We recently had flooring installed. The cost was much more then advertised on tv. Before the install we were notified by someone named ****** that the bathroom was not covered by the warrantee because it wasn't vinyl. So we changed the bathroom to vinyl which cost more. We had to pay the full amount before they started. This company is a scam. They con you into thinking you will get a professional job and top grade quality flooring. They urge you to sign a cancellation waiver by convincing you job may not get done in desired time frame if dont. Workers that came slapped floor together. Several planks have nicks in them, molding they placed have nails sticking out , threshold not glued down . Contacted them, workers came back out glued threshold down, didnt replace Damaged planks. Well, we planned to add carpet to our upstairs. Saw a commercial & decided to give NFD a chance. They came out, were extremely overpriced with their original number, but since they didn't have to do any demo work, we were able to agree on a number. The salesman (who is supposedly the installer) had me write on a paper that I am waiving the 3 day cancellation policy. My purchase from National Floors Direct _ Bad Experience. I made a purchase to carpet my bedroom from this company, when I made the purchase I advised them that I needed the installation asap, they advised that they could do it on 12/1 but because it was a rush order I had to waive my 3 day cancellation right. National floors Direct Defrauded me. They took my deposit fee gave me and installation dated which was not the the next day and the advertise on their site. Then the morning of the appointment they sent me an email stating they would be there and several hours later called and canceled the appointment.
