National Floors Direct did an incredible job installing carpet in our three rooms. They were professional, courteous, on-time and did an excellent job picking up after they were complete. The crew showed up as scheduled and got right to work (worked the entire time with NO break...Wow!). They were very polite and professional and respectfully wore masks due to an ill occupant of the house (we TRULY appreciate that as I know it was uncomfortable for 8 hours). All debris was cleaned up as they moved throughout the house. 100% satisfied and would recommend National Floors Direct. Also, I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
From beginning to end, this was an excellent experience. We were able to get a quick appointment with an in-home sales person who was on time, knowledgeable, cordial and professional. National Floors Direct showed up to the initial appointments within the allotted time they reserved. They answered all the questions we had and gave us a good idea of what to expect. The guys that laid the floors showed up early in the morning and completed the 5 work areas that I had looked to redo within the day. The work was quick and precise and turned out beautifully.
