He was helpful and easy to work with; we especially appreciated his honesty as we needed to figure out the right kind of floor for a kitchen that also matched the rest of the style in our home. The salesman who came to my home was very pleasant and accommodating. He didn't hesitate to bring in & out more samples for me to look at in my home.
