National Floors Direct has outdone itself. The salesman, Installers, Customer service and follow up was exceptional. I am so pleased with the flooring, color an looks. I will give National Floors Direct an A+.
The initial meeting was able to be scheduled at 7pm which was great for me as I work 40 hours a week. I appreciated the flexibility so much. The initial meeting was quick and easy which was nice for it being later in the evening. They were able to work with me in terms of pricing and staying in budget that my insurance company set. Called National Floors Direct to get a quote on new carpet and vinyl plank. Everyone from the salesman to the schedule department to the installation folks everyone was polite knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had carpet installed in 3 rooms, a hallway and stairwell. Great job all the way around. I called for a quote & they had someone coming out a few hours later. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. The team who installed also did an amazing job. They were on time &ready to work. They arrived at 730 and finished by 2pm. I would use them again. I only gave 4 stars because there was a mix-up with the scheduling. The service was great! I was nervous because I didn't know anyone who had used them. However, I was having difficulty getting my original contractor to agree to a date for the carpet installation. I made an appt with NFD on a Friday to obtain an estimate. Purchasing flooring from National Floors Direct was very easy. The salesman that came to my house was knowledgeable and very helpful in making sure you were satisfied with your pick. He had a device that could show you what it would look like in your room and that was very helpful. The installers were awesome. Told me when they had each room finished so I could inspect it to see if it was to my liking. They were in and out in no time. I would highly recommend National Floors Direct for your flooring needs.
