We had a really good experience with National Floors Direct. They did our kitchen floor. First they ripped our old one and then they installed the new one (see the photo attached). It looks really nice. They were quite flexible in terms of the scheduling and pricing. We love our new floor! So much better than the old one! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.
Overdue for new flooring in our home and chose National Floors Direct after seeing so many commercials. When I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. I was looking to get my floors done in the new home I bought and came across National Floors Direct. The phone call made to them was extremely easy to schedule and make an in home appointment. I had Casey come to my house and show me all the options and the product was high quality. Within two days of the home appointment, I had more floors done and couldn't be more happy with the results. This is a review for my flooring install for order MA28160. I can’t believe the showroom came to me! It made it so much easier for my family. I submitted a form online and had an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. We spent time with the salesperson who allowed us to go through countless options until we felt comfortable. Cannot say enough good things about National Floors Direct. The two men who installed the new floors in our family room and dining/living room could not have been more professional and nice. They were also very fast. Also, they were very cognizant of making sure both rooms were done to our specifications. Real professional job! Came in 2 days. Did rug in living room and flooring in kitchen n hallway. Quiet 2 workers. Asked questions in beginning to reconfirm things. Moved my furnature. 4 hours later all done! They swept floors! Took trash. Asked was there any more furnature to move back. I ONLY SUGGEST THEY HAVE MORE ID WHEN COME.
