We had a great experience with National Floors Direct. They came to our home, were friendly and knowledgeable. We felt validated that we made a good choice in the carpet we chose. Love my floors! I was in a time crunch:They got a sales person to come out on the same day I called which was the day after Christmas,Tuesday . My floors were done on Thursday installers we professional and did an amazing job! Monica
FL16160 National floors presented a great presentation for the initial purchase. They brought samples and had technology on the iPad to show how the premium vinyl floors would look in each room. They were fair and competitive with prices. They arrived on time and sent enough workers to complete our entire home, 1400 sq. Ft, in one day. Ok, let’s be honest who would care so much about carpets? National floors direct does! They sent such a knowledgeable man named Frank! When I tell you personable, engaging and knowing what your needs are before you even know your own needs, he was the man! 90% of the apartment was covered with carpet. National Floors Direct installed luxury vinyl plank floors in 2 bedrooms for us in December 2023. They beat a quote I had already gotten from a local company. The sales rep was very nice and arrived on time. The installers were also on time, very professional and courteous. They did a great job and we definitely recommend this company. I initially contacted National Floors Direct after seeing their commercial online. We had an appointment scheduled quickly and saw several samples after discussing complimenting flooring with our existing floors. We received a quote and had the price matched/reduced the advertised 15%. I was in the market for new carpet. I happened to contact a couple of places to see what I could find. One was a big box store and there was another company that always pops up and advertises on TV. The first experience that I had was with the big box store. Lets just say I had no idea what I was doing. More or less I had to figure everything all on my own. Customer service was lacking after the sale. A project manager could have made this installation go extremely faster and better. Installer there was only 2 people to do my lower level of my house. I was never warned about the dust during and after the installation. Job took longer then expected. 1 worker left the job site with the inexperienced work to do work for about 6 hours.
