The installers arrived on the agreed upon date and were very courteous and professional. They did a great job installing my new carpet. They cleaned up beautifully afterwards. Everything went very well and now I have beautiful brown carpet. My home looks very nice now with my new carpet. Thank you National Floors Direct.

Had a great experience with ******************************************************* from start to finish. The sales *** was not trying to sell us on the most expensive flooring and really took his time to show us multiple samples and get to know our taste.The installation was very easy our 3 rooms were completed in 1 day and they made sure everything was clean and to our satisfaction before leaving. 5 stars
The beautiful floor , the grain and quality of the wood is so nice. The crew that installed the floor was very professional. They cleaned up and the detail they did around the fireplace and corners is very impressive. A small language barrier but it was very easy to get answers from them. The salesman was personable. I recently did business with National Floors Direct and my experience was very satisfying from start to finish. My sales *** was informative, honest, direct and a joy to chat with. The guys that did my install were professional, timely and they cleaned up behind themselves. Someone even called to follow up with me to see how everything went. I really couldnt have asked for more, especially for the price. Win win all the way around. 10 out of the 10 I highly recommend!
