I was very happy with my install from National Floors Direct. They called when they were on their way and got there when they were supposed to. The installs of my carpet and vinyl flooring look great. They did it in a short amount of time too! They cleaned everything up before they left and made sure I was happy with everything. This honest review was given in exchange for a $25 gift card.
I call NFD on Sunday and had a representative come to measure on Monday! She gave me a quote that beat the other one I got. We scheduled installation for not even a week out - because of my schedule not theirs - and when they came, they were efficient and courteous. I would definately recommend them.
National Floors direct delivers. They did a fantastic job putting down the floor. They were able to get it done before thanksgiving for me. The guys who came were very professional. They did the job then cleaned up before they left. I love my new floors. I would recommend them to family and friends. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
I had my floors done by National Floors Direct on Nov 20th and 21st. They precall person was great - made sure I totally understood what was going to happen - they did not rush me off the call at all which I totally appreciated - I was coming in from AZ that morning and worked with me on having them come a little later to start. The product, (carpet, padding, etc.), sells itself. However, the installation team led by Francisco made the overall experience Great. Francisco and his team were Customer Friendly, Professional and their Workmanship was/is OUTSTANDING...(They truly Raised the Bar and Wowed us as Customers)!!!

National Floors Direct was great. I have used them in the past in 2020 for carpet for my basement and I was satisfied. So when I needed new carpet for my home I contacted them and they came next day to give me an assessment and quote. The best prices without a doubt. Customer service was excellent. Installers were polite, professional, fast and extremely clean. Highly recommend this company 100%. As soon as the rest of our house is ready we will be calling them back to floor the rest of our house. We will also be recommending them to our friends and family.
