I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. One the day of installment, I was given an arrival time. The installers arrived on time and ready to work. I confirm the product to be installed. One installer unloaded the truck while the other one ripped up the carpet. They prepared the floor for the laminate wood to be installed. From start to finish the process of buying new flooring with National Floors Direct has been fabulous! Our salesman, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I’m a tough customer with lots of questions!! We chose a carpet that was a special order color for our steps and he even called other warehouses to see if the carpet we chose was in stock. They were so incredible. They came early as they could and got it done quickly and efficiently. It was a great experience as they were polite and kind. They cleaned up after themselves too. After visiting a friend I was very impressed with her new vinyl floor which was done by National Direct.floors I was tired of my old dirty carpet and I wanted something nice and durable that’s when I called the salesman did a wonderful job explaining all the options and also got me qualified for financing within a few minutes . In 2 days my new floors was installed the crew did an amazing job new mouldings and clean up properly. I highly would recommend national floors Direct customer service was simply the best

Saw a TV ad for National Floors Direct. It was fast and easy to get an in-home consultation, around my schedule. The Sales rep had tons of options to show! I was clear about how much I wanted to spend on the project, and he worked diligently to keep the final price within my budget, which I really appreciated the most. Installation day was a breeze! I would highly recommend National Floors Direct. From estimate to installation we were treated with top notch service. The carpet is beautiful, we love it. National Floors Direct installers were very professional… They were very professional and timely. They moved all the furniture as promised. Furniture was handled with care and placed back in the right rooms when completed. All questions and concerns were addressed satisfactorily. They cleaned up and removed all trash and debris after the job was done. I am very pleased with my new beautiful carpet.
