National Floors Direct were wonderful from the first quote appointment to the post installation follow up call. They were thorough and efficient! Pricing was excellent! The men that came to install were kind, fast and efficient. Everything was done with precision! The floors are excellent quality and beautiful!

The customer service department was very easy to connect with. The installers were right on time and they were very friendly neat and quick thank you!

Everyone from our sales representative to the gentleman who installed the flooring was precise, knowledgeable, and professional. Our sales representative worked with us on financing, showing samples, and scheduling installation all within one appointment. He was even able to show us virtually what the flooring would look like in our kitchen on his IPad! I would definitely recommend *** to others.
