The salesman had a wide variety of quality samples for me to choose from. The installers were nice, polite and articulate. They handled my furniture and personal items with care, and put them back where I needed them. I love this carpet, it looks and feels great. I have already received compliments. I have been given a gift card for my time posting this honest review.
I recently had a carpet installed with National Floors Direct. The whole process from that at home consultation to the install was professional, timely, and courteous. The price was more than reasonable and the product was exceptional. I had reached out to 4 other companies for this project and no other company was able to offer the price and the quick install like NFD. The Crew that was sent to my home to install the Vinyl Flooring Are Excellent. First reason why , is the timing. I was given a e hour window that the installers would arrive at my house ( 7:30 am to 10:30am ) The morning of the installation I received a phone call at 7:25 am , it was Chris Vega the National Floor Direct installation Foreman letting me know that he was parked outside my front door and would wait for me to wake up and allow them inside to start their work. My floors look amazing!!! I truly LOVE them. National Floors Direct team did an outstanding job installing carpet and luxury vinyl flooring throughout my entire home.. I would definitely recommend using National Floors Direct because they’re professional and have great prices. The staff was great in informing me about all my different options when it came to flooring. The installers were courteous and respectful of my furniture that had to be moved around. They installed my floors in a day and didn’t leave any mess behind. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review that was worth posting because they did an excellent job!
The installers arrived on time. They were professional and respectful. They did a amazing job. They made sure that I checked everything before they left. And they cleaned up everything before they left. Would highly recommend.

National Floors direct did a great job installing carpet in 3 rooms. They matched the price of another vendor, and the sales person was on time and explained everything clearly. The installers came on time and gave me a precise estimate of there time of arrival. They did a great install, everything was beautiful . The only negative I have is that they didn't vacuum up all of the carpet fibers in one of the rooms. NFD gave me a gift card for giving my honest opinion.
