We decided this summer that it was time to contact national floors Direct for some nice hardwood floors in our bedroom in our closet. They came out wonderful. The gentleman showed up in the timeframe that I was told and they got to work when they were finished they cleaned up. Everything looked beautiful and they were on their way, I recommend national floors direct to anyone

Our experience with national floors direct was so simple as first time home buyers. We were educated on the products and were able to choose a floor perfect for us. Our sales person was knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Our installer was a true craftsman and provided us a fast install. He was even able to work around our antique steam radiator and install the floor around it with intention. We love our new floors! The associate that came to measure and give us the estimate was great. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to us and never rushed us along. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or to sign on. He was helpful getting us approved for credit so we would be able to move forward with this project. National Floors Direct did an outstanding job on my floors! They removed the carpeting that was down before and put down beautiful plank. The trim looks great and there are no gaps. The techs left my home clean and were respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend NFD if you’re thinking about redoing your floors for a reasonable price.
