The associate that came to measure and give us the estimate was great. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to us and never rushed us along. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or to sign on. He was helpful getting us approved for credit so we would be able to move forward with this project. National Floors Direct did an outstanding job on my floors! They removed the carpeting that was down before and put down beautiful plank. The trim looks great and there are no gaps. The techs left my home clean and were respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend NFD if you’re thinking about redoing your floors for a reasonable price. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. One the day of installment, I was given an arrival time. The installers arrived on time and ready to work. I confirm the product to be installed. One installer unloaded the truck while the other one ripped up the carpet. They prepared the floor for the laminate wood to be installed. From start to finish the process of buying new flooring with National Floors Direct has been fabulous! Our salesman, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions. I’m a tough customer with lots of questions!! We chose a carpet that was a special order color for our steps and he even called other warehouses to see if the carpet we chose was in stock.
