I had to reschedule my appointment with national floor direct and they said no problem and reschedule. The installer was very nice and respectful. The installer showed up when they said they would and they were on time. The installer did a very nice job for my wife and I. The installer made sure that everything was good with my wife and I before they left my house. I received a gift card from national floor direct for taking the time to post a review.

National Floors Direct completed entire second floor with flooring. This included removal of the carpet, including three bedrooms, 25 foot hallway and added New carpeting to the stairs descending to the first floor All new molding was also applied. They were crew were organized and efficient. Their attention to detail and method for removing existing carpeting was timely and remarkable. My positive experience with NFD began with the salesman who provided me with an estimate. He was positive and considerate in what I wanted and how much I was able to spend. Ordered carpeting from National Floors Direct, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company in a very long time. Received call from Chris informing us that he would be to our house in 30 minutes, he arrived in 25 minutes. I appreciate the promptness!
