I was very impressed and satisfied with National Floors Direct from the moment they showed up to install my carpet to when they left. They were very kind, thorough and moved all of my furniture and placed it back exactly where it went. They did a great job and I LOVE my new carpet. So comfy walking on my feet as well as doing yoga on my mat. Highly recommend their carpets! National Floors Direct also provided a gift card for me taking the time to post my honest review!!

My flooring came out really well. I had hard wood in three bedrooms and luxury vinyl in my basement. Looks amazing. They matched the existing flooring that I kept well. The work was done quickly also, while still being done well. Can’t wait to see what it looks like when my furniture is placed around the rooms and it looks complete! Thank you NFD. We had heard NFD advertised on TV. So when we decided to carpet one of our bedrooms, we gave them a call and easily scheduled for them to bring us samples. The sales representative who came did a great job advising us which carpet to choose. He was very friendly and also gave us a great price including discounts. Appointment setting was prompt and courteous. Sales rep was pleasant and knowledgeable and addressed all my concerns. Installers did have to reschedule, but kept me informed throughout the day. Upon arrival, they efficiently moved my remaining furniture without complaint. Installation went smoothly, with a walk through at the end. I was satisfied and would recommend National Floors Direct.

The carpet installers were so accommodating with moving my furniture carefully and then replacing it exactly everywhere I wanted it. We had National Floors Direct come out and install carpets for all of our upstairs rooms. It took them one day to complete the installation. The workers were respectful of the home and the new carpets as they were installing them. It had been raining that day and they would wipe their boots off every time they came inside the house when they went to get their tools. From start to finish working with National Floors Direct was quick easy and smooth. Two days after meeting with the rep my new floors were installed. The installers showed me what we ordered before they started to confirm. They were very respectful and worked cleanly. They moved the furniture in and out for no extra charge. I will 100% use them again!!
