They did an excellent job. The initial meeting was pleasant and no pressure. After reaching an agreement on the type of carpet and padding, installation occurred within one week. The installation crew were on time. and were courteous and friendly. The cleaned and vacuumed the entire house when they were done. I would highly recommend.i have been offered a gift card for providing this honest review.

I will tell you I think this company goes above an be on. The workers were great. They pulled up my rug. Took it when they left. They were very professional. I would recommend them to every one. Even the sales man left me feeling at ease. He did not rush ******* husband. He sat with me asking all kinds of questions. He was great.*****

They went beyond my expectations. Before they started they made sure it was the rug I wanted and they were fast, clean and efficient. I highly recommend for any floor installation. I called several companies to obtain quotes for new carpet in 3 bedrooms and a hallway. National Floors Direct was the first company to call back and schedule an appointment for the next day. The salesman arrived early and brought plenty of samples. He took his time explaining the differences between the samples and provided quotes for each. He offered interest free financing and an affordable price that I felt was fair. I accepted the quote and made arrangements for the installation. My experience with national Floors Direct has been great. The customer service representatives were responsive, helpful and answered all of my questions. I was able to get an in-home estimate within a few days. The salesman was on time, knowledgeable about the products and made me feel at ease about the process. What made this experience so great was first the sales representative Mr. ****** ***** he was excellent. He was very helpful.
