I only gave 4 stars because there was a mix-up with the scheduling. The service was great! I was nervous because I didn't know anyone who had used them. However, I was having difficulty getting my original contractor to agree to a date for the carpet installation. I made an appt with NFD on a Friday to obtain an estimate. He had a device that could show you what it would look like in your room and that was very helpful. The installers were awesome.
