It was great experience with National Floors Direct on wooden floor installation at home. Starting from estimation process to setting up schedule for installation was just easier process. I was kept updated on installation schedule, preparation needed for it. Installation team was efficient and completed it on time. They were courteous in reviewing installation. Overall, great experience!!
We are very happy with our experience with National Floors Direct, order #NJ34466. First of all, the salesperson was very helpful and showed up on time. The selection of carpet quality, color and prices were more than adequate. We plan to move within a year or two and didn't want to spend a lot of money but wanted a very good carpet in our bedroom and upstairs hallway. When I ******* to find affordable companies to lay carpet . I found several places and National Floor Direct was one of the companies. I called and spoke with ***** for a free estimate appointment; I was scheduled sooner than expected. On the day of my estimate appointment ****** *. was punctual and very nice . He spoke on the history of the company and was very knowledgeable about the products.
