The Crew that was sent to my home to install the Vinyl Flooring Are Excellent. First reason why , is the timing. I was given a e hour window that the installers would arrive at my house ( 7:30 am to 10:30am ) The morning of the installation I received a phone call at 7:25 am , it was ***** **** the National Floor Direct installation ******* letting me know that he was parked outside my front door and would wait for me to wake up and allow them inside to start their work. Called for a free home estimate. When *** came they were very helpful, explained everything and worked with me to insure the best possible pricing. Next came scheduling. working around my schedule. installation was quick and the team was friendly with attention to detail. Cleaned up and removed all old product. And I gave my final inspection. 5 ????? Thanks to all From National floors direct.

Sales Rep ****** up at the start of the window given, bonus for not making me wait around half the day. Installers showed up at the start of the window they gave. Got to work. I left them alone and it didn't take them very long, cleaned up and done. We didn't spend a lot of time bonding and creating lasting memories but they where respectful and efficient. I would definitely recommend using National Floors Direct because theyre professional and have great prices. The staff was great in informing me about all my different options when it came to flooring. The installers were courteous and respectful of my furniture that had to be moved around. They installed my floors in a day and didnt leave any mess behind. I am beyond happy with the results.

The service was very good. Both crews, for the kitchen and living room were here within 20 minutes of each other. They were very efficient and work without stopping. They answered all our questions and when they were ready to leave they cleaned everything up and left with my house looking wonderful. They finished the complete job in about 3 hours.
