Our initial sales call was awesome- Gage was in depth, patient and showed me all my options. The install was quick and our installers were professional kind and clean. Install took less than 2 hours and everything was back in place as it was before. NFDs follow up process to ensure we were happy has proven to show how much they care. We plan to use them again for a quick, painless and affordable install for stair carpet runners!!

Excellent experience! I love my new floor! Quality flooring, easy to schedule and great customer service.
They did an excellent job. The initial meeting was pleasant and no pressure. After reaching an agreement on the type of carpet and padding, installation occurred within one week. The installation crew were on time. and were courteous and friendly. The cleaned and vacuumed the entire house when they were done. I would highly recommend.i have been offered a gift card for providing this honest review.
I will tell you I think this company goes above an be on. The workers were great. They pulled up my rug. Took it when they left. They were very professional. I would recommend them to every one.
