Great experience from start to finish. Installer went above and beyond working around us during the install day as well as we had other projects going on. Also really appreciate their flexible financing options.
Great service and products. From start to finish the experience was good. They met my price and installation was quick, clean, and professional. Had almost 2000 sq ft done in the house. Highly recommended. We had quotes from several companies and this was best and amazing quality. Several friends have mentioned how good the look and feel of the carpet is.

The regional manager Rashad was really thorough when explaining every piece of information. He was very courtesy and respectful. The gentlemen's that came out to my home to install the floors did an awesome job. The day of installation the guys made sure I verified the product was correct as to was I order. They worked efficient as a team, cleaned up behind themselves and once the installed was completed they made sure I was satisfied with the work. It was very appreciative.
The process was fast and easy. My consultation and installation was completed within less than a weeks time frame. I got carpet and flooring completed. The installation process was smooth and they made sure they cleaned after.

Although I felt that the salesperson was not going to take no for an answer, the floors came out great. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to get it all done in a day. They did have to get creative around an area with a built in shelf in out pantry, but it turned out great. I received a gift card in return for this honest review.
We have a large basement and needed new flooring. We called National Floors Direct. We had a bad experience with another national floor company who is a competitor of NFD. This experience could not have been better. We met with the rep and two days later a crew came out and within 2 1/2 hours we had a new floor with quarter round. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review for order MD13231. We worked with Freddy in sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The installers were professional and very efficient. We love the waterproof vinyl flooring that was installed. It is beautiful and looks just like hardwood. I am very happy with the service from National Floors Direct.
