We were looking to replace an older carpeted basement and living area with something easier to keep clean and modern. The sales visit was easy to schedule, and the representative was very polite, thorough and patient. I had vinyl plank flooring done. I purchased vinyl plank flooring by nohawk called raccoon. National Forest direct sent an awesome installation team. Very courteous Very professional. The job came out very well. My job site was cleaned up completely. It was also given a gift card to do a review.

This company was fantastic to work with! Starting with their customer service department. They worked well with me to arrange a day and time for the salesman to come to my house. Once the sales man was there, he explained EVERYTHING to me, showed me some great samples and gave me a GREAT price to fit my budget.
