I had a awesome experience with National Floors Direct. They installed some carpet in my home and did a execellent job. The sales person was very thorough and friendly the installers were prompt and did a great job. I will be sure to refer them to all my friends and family.

National floors did a great job! From the start their sales person was very kind and respectful. He worked with me through the whole process from what type and color flooring to pick to pricing within my budget. The installation crew was also very professional and handled moving all my items in my house with care. The pace of their work was very fast and efficient and the end product was beautiful. National Floors Direct provided a gift card for taking the time to post my honest review, but the work was worth the review.
National Floors Direct sales and installer were professional and helpful throughout the process. The initial meeting was able to be scheduled at 7pm which was great for me as I work 40 hours a week. I appreciated the flexibility so much. The initial meeting was quick and easy which was nice for it being later in the evening. They were able to work with me in terms of pricing and staying in budget that my insurance company set. Called National Floors Direct to get a quote on new carpet and vinyl plank. Everyone from the salesman to the schedule department to the installation folks everyone was polite knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I had carpet installed in 3 rooms, a hallway and stairwell. Great job all the way around. I called for a quote & they had someone coming out a few hours later. He was very knowledgeable & friendly. The team who installed also did an amazing job. They were on time &ready to work. They arrived at 730 and finished by 2pm. I would use them again.
