This is a review for my flooring install for order MA28160. I cant believe the showroom came to me! It made it so much easier for my family. I submitted a form online and had an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. We spent time with the salesperson who allowed us to go through countless options until we felt comfortable. Overdue for new flooring in our home and seeing so many commercials of National Floors Direct encouraged us to call. When I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. They set up a home consultation around my schedule.The salesman was impressive on his knowledge and explained every step. Cannot say enough good things about National Floors Direct. The two men who installed the new floors in our family room and dining/living room could not have been more professional and nice. They were also very fast. Also, they were very cognizant of making sure both rooms were done to our specifications. Lastly, they made sure that everything was clean as a whistle when they finished, and gently returned the large furniture back to the original areas. Again, just superb work.

I truly enjoyed my experience hiring National Floors Direct. Allow me to put it this way I wasnt even planning on re-doing the carpet in my stairs in 2024. I only planned on getting an estimate and measurement. However, the price was too good to beat. So I scheduled it for a week late. They installation process was flawless. They came early and did not make me wait. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up and were respectful of my home. I definitely plan on using them again.
