Salesman showed up on time and showed many samples to choose from. He then took detailed measurements and addressed an area we were concerned with. We then set up a scheduled install date. Installers showed up on time and prepped area for install. Install was done efficiently. Installers then cleaned up and vacuumed the new carpet. The salesman who came to my home for the estimate was knowledgeable about the product, and he went above and beyond to get me the lowest possible price. The salesman was very professional and not pushy at all. He gave us many choices in different price ranges. The price is unbeatable. The install crew was amazing! They worked extremely hard, left the house spotless, and the carpet looks beautiful. I highly recommend using them!
A representative from National Floors Direct arrived promptly at my home with a large assortment of rug samples. We selected two samples, the representative gave us quotes for both installations and we made our choice. We received multiple emails and calls prior to the job. I had a wonder experience with NFD during the installation of my new bedroom carpet. The contractors arrived on time, moved the heavy furnitures, and even smaller ones. They also didn’t waste time but got to work immediately. They were careful when maneuvering through spaces while carrying stuff out. They also cleaned up after including vacuuming the entry hallways!
