National floors direct is a great flooring company to use. From sales to pricing to installation staff were on time. Sent a message when they were arriving. Very neat and clean. Cleaned up afterwards and moved all our furniture couldn't ask for a better company. The also called the following day cf to make sure all was good

I had a very positive experience with installing new carpet. I filled out the online questionnaire and was quickly contacted. Only a few short days later a sales associate visited my house and scheduled the job to be done a week later. The instal team arrived in the expected window and was very friendly and professional. I will be using National Floors Direct for future jobs. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I recently had hardwood floors installed by National Floors Direct. We were able to agree on a very reasonable price, and I'm quite happy with the results. I already had some hardwood floors in my home. National Floors Direct was able to match my new floor to the old floor perfectly. The work was performed in a timely fashion and the contractors were easy to deal with. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

I had National Floors Direct install my floors a couple of weeks ago. From the consultation (which was amazing) to the installation has well exceeded all of my expectations. The consultation was very detailed down to him asking if I planned to do any upgrades in the future when choosing the color. The install was beyond amazing the team worked so hard and was friendly, informative and very professional. Highly recommend if you are looking for flooring!!

The person from National Floors Direct who came to measure the area that we wanted to carpet was friendly and knowledgeable. He used a laser to measure the area. He showed us samples of carpet of we picked the one we wanted. The installers were prompt. They helped me move a couch and disassemble and move a small wallunit. They put in the nailers, layed the padding and the installed the carpet. They cleaned up, vacuumed the carpet. They were in and out within 2 1/2 to 3 hours. They layed about 56 sq yds in that time. A great job. Very competitive pricing. After selecting our product, arranged for installation and installers arrived within 30 minutes of the scheduled window. Out with the old, in with the new. Looks and feels great. While National Floors Direct offered a gift card for a positive review, they earned it with the professionalism throughout the experience. Would recommend them to anyone.

We were very pleased with the sales person. We were also very happy with the price. When the installers came, they did a great job. The floor looks wonderful.
