NFD exceeded my expectations. Bravo!! The floor was installed within a few hours and we delight in the craftmanship of the Installers and sales representative. WE had the Luxury Vinyl Tile installed and it's everything the Sales rep told us it would be. Thank you NFD for an excellent job.

A salesman came to our home with samples and measured area and showed us how it would look. We chose Nat'l. floors direct from a tv commercial with a special offer advertised and it was honored. The install date was chosen, crew arrived punctually and the service took about 8 hours. The finished floor looks fabulous we are very happy. The crew was very courteous and professional. My experience with National Floors Direct was more than satisfactory. They were professional from start to finish. The sales rep offered me invaluable advice on the types of flooring and assisted me in making my choice. He brought samples to show me ant that was very helpful. The installers were efficient and courteous and did a wonderful job. They cleaned up everything and took away my old used carpet, leaving me with beautiful laminate flooring. The process to order the carpets fo our home was easy and pleasant. From setting up the appointment with the salesperson to ordering the carpet we wanted. The price of the carpet was fair, much better than some other companies and the quality of the carpet is excellent. The installers were professional and personable and did an excellent job. The salesman who came out for our free quote was extremely pushy, price quote started off outrageously high (but was easily negotiated down), and our installer arrived an hour BEYOND the 4.5-hour arrival window we were given. We were told the installation crew would be here between 7:30-12:00 and he didn’t show up until 13:00… This left me with a poor view of the company and their practices to start off our job. The job was great from start to finish! The crew was very punctual on their arrival time! The crew was very courteous and professional! They worked together as a team in a very organized manner making the job go smoothly in a timely manner! They removed all of the old debris before installing the new padding and carpet! They put back all the furniture in its proper place! The carpet looks beautiful! I highly recommend NFD and look forward to using them again!

Thanks National Floors Direct. I received my gift card for my time in posting this honest review. As promise the installation was installed based on my schedule. Both the team members were polite and concern about my time. The demolition took just minutes. When they were done they ensure that all of the scrap material was removed. The total install took about 3 - 3 1/2 hours to complete. I was very impressed that a women was part of this team, she didn't speak much. However, she was as much a part of the installation. My experience with national floors direct was more than I could had asked for they were very professional. They were on time they were concerned about everything that concerns me and the professionalism was the best. I recommend them highly I need two rooms carpeted wasn’t too sure about the color, but the consultant convinced me that it was the best color and he was absolutely right. I love my carpet.
