Overdue for new flooring in our home and seeing so many commercials of National Floors Direct encouraged us to call. When I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. Cannot say enough good things about National Floors Direct. The two men who installed the new floors in our family room and dining/living room could not have been more professional and nice. They were also very fast. Also, they were very cognizant of making sure both rooms were done to our specifications. Lastly, they made sure that everything was clean as a whistle when they finished, and gently returned the large furniture back to the original areas. Again, just superb work.

I truly enjoyed my experience hiring National Floors Direct. Allow me to put it this way I wasnt even planning on re-doing the carpet in my stairs in 2024. I only planned on getting an estimate and measurement. However, the price was too good to beat. So I scheduled it for a week late. They installation process was flawless. They came early and did not make me wait. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up and were respectful of my home. I definitely plan on using them again.

I am very pleased with the new hardwood flooring just recently installed by National Floors Direct. The room looks magnificent and the installation team did an exceptional job. They were very polite, knowledgeable and proficient. The quality of the floor is excellent and I love the look. Working with the salesman was fun and I look forward to using National Floors Direct for my new upcoming projects.

The associate that came to measure and give us the estimate was great. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to us and never rushed us along. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or to sign on. He was helpful getting us approved for credit so we would be able to move forward with this project.
