Extremely wonderful finish result they transformed my floors I was very happy with results
We are very happy with National Floors Direct, and are highly pleased with excellent product and service. Their sales rep was very patient and answered all our questions adequately when we planned out the floor. Communication was very good from start to finish. When the workers came, they helped us prep the area, moved the furniture as promised, cleaned the floor and laid it efficiently. They were professional and courteous, and left the house clean and beautiful.
From start to finish, National Floors delivered exceptional customer service. Scheduling the appointment was effortless, and the salesperson was both knowledgeable and friendly. Their suggestions were invaluable, and I am thrilled with the floor color I selected as it has brightened and enhanced the welcoming feel of my home. Due to storm damage, we had a hiccup and had to delay installation. Once we were prepared, the installation was promptly carried out. Working with this company was super easy. I filled out an online questionnaire and in about 5 minutes I received a phone call. I spoke with a customer service rep in regard to setting up a free consultation. The day of the consultation the rep showed up did measurements and showed me numerous options for my floor.
