The regional manager ****** was really thorough when explaining every piece of information. He was very courtesy and respectful. The gentlemen's that came out to my home to install the floors did an awesome job. The day of installation the guys made sure I verified the product was correct as to was I order. They worked efficient as a team, cleaned up behind themselves and once the installed was completed they made sure I was satisfied with the work. It was very appreciative.

Although I felt that the salesperson was not going to take no for an answer, the floors came out great. The pricing was very competitive and they were able to get it all done in a day. They did have to get creative around an area with a built in shelf in out pantry, but it turned out great.

We have a large basement and needed new flooring. We called National Floors Direct and couldnt be more pleased with the end result. A crew came out 2 days after we met with a ********** were very kind and worked quietly. We would heartily recommend NFD to anyone looking for a great product and great service. This is my third time doing business with National floors. They make the process very easy. They come to your home to measure and bring sample pieces. The best part is being able to get appointments within 24hrs and floors can be installed in as little as 24hrs after. The installers have always been courteous and clean up after the job is done. We worked with ****** in sales. He was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. The installers were professional and very efficient. We love the waterproof vinyl flooring that was installed. It is beautiful and looks just like hardwood. I am very happy with the service from National Floors Direct.

They were absolutely amazing!!! I am so happy I called and they beat my previous price by over $1,000. The salesman was so kind and helpful. The men who did the installation were amazing!!!!

I was extremely impressed with National Floors Direct. The sales person came gave me prices that were better than the rest. Then I needed it done fast and they were here that Saturday installing. The crew were courteous and pleasant. I would recommend them to everyone.
