National Floors Direct was very professional. They arrived on time with a very well experienced installation team. They came in and explained everything that would happening in great context. They were timely and polite during their entire installation. When they finished they explained the best way to make sure our flooring stayed in good standing. The company was easy to work with from the consultation to the installation. The sales rep provided me with choices to best fit my home and budget. The date that we agreed on for installation was exactly as planned. The installers arrived on time, worked quickly and reviewed the work with us before they left. I would recommend NFD to my family and friends.
First time using National Floors Direct and I was hesitant but have to say, pretty impressed. Super easy and fast. The sales rep was at our home the next day, prompt, professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. The price beat all other estimates we had received. National Floors Direct helped me with a 3 room carpet install. From start with the Sales Rep to the finish with the amazing, clean and polite team that came in to do the install. I was very impressed how fast they came in a did it. They cleaned up everything when they were finished. They asked me if I was happy as they walked me through each room. They really did an excellent job. Very satisfied customer here! I will use them again!
Getting new flooring with National Floors Direct was a simple and customer friendly experience. Making the appointment was seamless. Got a date within days. Sales person was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. The install team were on time and even called to inform me of their arrival time. They removed my old flooring and cleaned up.
This is my second time using National Floors Direct and it won't be my last! Love that they come to my house with samples. It makes it so much easier to choose.
