From beginning to end the process was a pleasant experience. The sales consultant was professional and did not engage in the hard sell. The installers were punctual and courteous. They were efficient and very knowledgeable. They did not leave until I was completely satisfied. We love how this look completed our kitchen refresh!

The initial meeting was able to be scheduled at 7pm which was great for me as I work 40 hours a week. The initial meeting was quick and easy which was nice for it being later in the evening. They were able to work with me in terms of pricing and staying in budget that my insurance company set. It was awesome that they were able to install the new carpet within a week. National Floors Direct made the process of renovating my room after hurricane damage less stressful.
