The associate that came to measure and give us the estimate was great. He was kind, personable and knowledgeable. He took his time explaining everything to us and never rushed us along. He never made me feel pressured to make a decision or to sign on. He was helpful getting us approved for credit so we would be able to move forward with this project. I truly enjoyed my experience hiring National Floors Direct. Allow me to put it this way I wasnt even planning on re-doing the carpet in my stairs in 2024. I only planned on getting an estimate and measurement. However, the price was too good to beat. So I scheduled it for a week late. They installation process was flawless. They came early and did not make me wait. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up and were respectful of my home. I definitely plan on using them again.
The work from the installers was excellent. They arrived on time and worked until the job was completed. They cleaned up before leaving and hauled away my old carpet. I would recommend National Floor Direct to others. And the price was affordable compared to other quotes.
National Floors Direct did an outstanding job on my floors! They removed the carpeting that was down before and put down beautiful plank. The trim looks great and there are no gaps. The techs left my home clean and were respectful and professional. I would definitely recommend NFD if youre thinking about redoing your floors for a reasonable price. They also have many choices to pick from and bring samples out for you to choose.

From start to finish the process of buying new flooring with National Floors Direct has been fabulous! Our salesman, *******, was very knowledgeable and answered all questions.
