Two years ago, National Floors Direct (NFD) replaced the carpet in my guest room and the salesperson was very knowledgeable about the product and cost of the installation. I had my great room floors done by National Floors Direct. Removed old carpet and replaced with laminate. And I am so happy with the results. The floors look fantastic. They were great because they kept me in the loop of all stages of the process no matter how small... the days before the installation... how to prep... the day ahead of the installation... when the team was going to arrive... what to expect the day of, etc. They were immaculate and respectful of my home and furnishings.
