The guys that came to install my carpet were great. The estimator gave me the best price and was very professional. They worked like there was no tomorrow. I had a few family come over and I definitely recommended National Floors Direct based on my experience

NFD came to my home with samples, very friendly and helpful. Once the rooms were measured, we scheduled a convenient date for installation. NFD contacted me several times to confirm installation date and time. Installation crew was on-time, professional, fast, and tidy. My floors look great! And as an extra bonus, I am receiving a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I highly recommend National Floors Direct.

These guys did a fantastic job. The salesman was very thorough professional. We never felt pressured by him. The installer also did a wonderful job. They were very courteous and they reviewed the installation with when they were done. My wife and I will choose them again.

We were in need of carpet for the stairway of the townhome to which we had recently moved. I contacted several flooring companies in the area and National Floors Direct (NFD) was the first to respond. Others responded after a day or so, but we had already booked an appointment with NFD, who was able to accommodate a Saturday morning appointment the very next day. From the salesman to the installers it was a very pleasant experience. The carpet and padding is beautiful. I also had vinyl flooring installed too again it is stunning I would highly recommend national floors direct to anyone looking for quality pricing and top notch salespeople and installers

The guys came and in and out after three hours. The floors are awesome. I can walk on the now they are safer without nails and screws cause I was walking on plywood. The floors look awesome.

NFD was very polite, efficient and professional, starting with the gentleman that prepared the estimate and wrote up the contract. He answered any and all of the questions that I had. The installers were great and did a beautiful job. They had to remove carpeting and move heavy furniture. They also were very careful and cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

National Floors Direct came in to give us an estimate on new rugs for our three bedrooms. The sales person came in and was extremely friendly. We asked about ripping up our rug on the stairs and he stated it wasn't a good idea as the rug was expensive and about a year old and we should just clean it. This saved us a lot of money. We were quoted for the three bedrooms and with savings we received, we loved the price we received. I have used National Floors Direct in the past and had a great experience. This time was no different. They came out right away to bring samples and measure and gave me the estimate at that time. I scheduled the install for a few days later and got the confirmation immediately, another confirmation the night before and an email giving me the install window. The installers were right on time.
