National floors direct was a pleasure to work with. They were efficient, timely, and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. The price was very competitive and the best we found highly recommend using them. They were able to do our project within two weeks of calling for a free in home estimate. It was overall a great experience.

National Floors Direct provided a gift card for taking the time to post my honest experience .... with that being said NFD. Made the whole shopping and installation process easy and simple. I called for a free in home estimate Friday and had new floors Tuesday ... The price was fair and negotiated to a great price because my space was empty and already prepared ... the two installers arrived on time ,were very professional and were done in about 80mins. We couldn't be happier and will use NFD again ..

5 Star Company!. Great service from the 1st phone call to install. The quality of the carpet and pad is above what I expected it to be. I had a certain deadline of install and they made it happen. I have had a very positive experience with NFD after my brother recommended them. I couldn't believe how fast they were able to schedule a free in-home estimate/consult and then had the carpet installed only a few days later! Installers were very polite and considerate of my home and were done quickly. They make sure you approve the work before they leave. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I enjoyed my experience with National Floors Direct. Samples were brought to my house. Selecting new flooring was easy. Pricing was transparent and didn't require haggling to get a good deal. Communications were frequent and informative. The installation was timely and professional. To start with, our salesperson was very helpful in narrowing down our carpet choices (there were many of them), including suggesting the pattern/color that we ultimately went with. We picked a carpet that was not in stock, but he was able to put a rush on it and have it installed about two weeks later. The installer came as scheduled and reviewed all the details of the installation with me prior to starting. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review but would have done it for nothing. Can't say enough about this company. Making an appointment was effortless. They showed up on time with samples in colors I had requested. The representative was professional and knowledgeable. I needed the job done asap and they were able to get it done within 48 hours! The installers knew what they were doing and did an excellent installation. I'll definitely use Floors Direct for my next project!
