I always saw the ads on TV and finally decided to give them a call for a quote on my foyer snd kitchen floor. A great experience all the way around. The staff at NFD are all professional, courteous, friendly and knowledgeable of the product. After my initial appointment with them and selecting a floor, of course I had more questions and called the salesman and he answered them all putting me at ease. Had 3 carpets installed in basement and came out great. The staff is definitely very nice and accommodating. It looks so good glad I made the decision to go with national floors direct and thank you for help throughout this. Will use again in future !!!!
I called to make an appointment, and after speaking to the representative, I was able to get one for the following day. The salesman was very professional, helping us pick out a style and color. The installers were punctual, clean and courteous. The kept the work area, and the rest of the house, clean at all times. Upon completion, they walked us through their work to ensure we were completely satisfied. I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review
I am so happy with my new Vinyl Plank Floors. They are beautiful and perfect! I was extremely happy with my salesman, lan. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the floors and this one is the best for my dogs and us. lan also loved my lab. That meant a lot to me. The installers were great! They worked along with eachother and cleaned up afterward. I didn't feel I needed to even sweep or wash the floor. Thank you so much. Mary
I was extremely happy with the entire process. The representative explained the entire process, the materials to be used and the time frame it would take. They allowed me to pick my installation day according to when I would have funds available. The installers were excellent, arrived on time, did the job and explained the process along the way as well as cleaned up before, during and after. Ordered the Mohawk Solid Tech Rustic Taupe LVP! The sales agent was very friendly and thorough. They were also flexible with the installation date. Before the installation, I had found a different provider that offered installation of identical floors. When I submitted the fee estimate, I was able to get a partial reduction on the price.
