After getting an affordable price within my family's budget, the ball moved rather quickly with getting scheduled within the same week (surrounding our schedule) and installed. The installer crew showed up within the estimated arrival time and were out the door in three hours with complete installation and cleanup. All the representatives from the sales person, to the customer service representatives who helped me complete my financing to the installation crew were all very helpful! Price, professionalism, and politeness, The price could not be beat, the sales person was transparent, knowledgeable, and respectful, the installations people were on time, took the old carpets out , and cleaned up when they left. And most importantly, the carpets look great.
Working with Customer support to set up my sales appointment and installation was easy. The salesman was very knowledgeable, reassuring and assisted with my final decision. The installation was very professional. The 2 installers were experienced & knew what they were doing and were careful when moving my furniture. The installation took less time than was scheduled. I received a gift card for my time in posting this review. The price was right and the service was great. It was the cheapest quote that we received. The installer did a great job, particularly in a very tricky radiator corner. The crew was extremely courteous and clean. They made sure to check in to make sure we were happy throughout the install. I would definitely hire the company again.
The salesman that came to our house was sincere, had plenty of samples and was knowledgeable. We closed the sale on the spot and got financing. The next day we received our install date and the installers showed uptwo days early to check out what needed to be done. Then they showed up on time and ready to work. We had 3000 sq. ft. of work which created lots of trash. They took this trash away daily and kept our house as clean as possible.
