An estimate was provided right away by a knowledgeable professional. They provided helpful information that made the choice easy. I was also impressed with the fantastic installers. Call for getting carpet for our bonus room salesman came out. The next day was on time brought samples and explained everything we purchased the carpet. The installers came out two days later installed the carpet. They were quick, courteous and professional cleaned up and explained everything that they had done, I would recommend national floors direct for all your flooring

Overdue for new flooring in our home and seeing so many commercials of National Floors Direct encouraged us to call. When I called, their customer service was friendly and professional. They set up a home consultation around my schedule.The salesman was impressive on his knowledge and explained every step. This is a review for my flooring install for order MA28160. I cant believe the showroom came to me! It made it so much easier for my family. I submitted a form online and had an appointment scheduled within a few minutes. We spent time with the salesperson who allowed us to go through countless options until we felt comfortable.
