My positive experience with NFD began with the salesman who provided me with an estimate. He was positive and considerate in what I wanted and how much I was able to spend. Ordered carpeting from National Floors Direct, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company in a very long time. Received call from Chris informing us that he would be to our house in 30 minutes, he arrived in 25 minutes. I appreciate the promptness! Chris came in to see what furniture needed to be moved and got to work on it. Nothing was dragged across the floor everything was picked up to move it. We had carpet installed in June 2024 and we are very happy with the process from start to finish. We love the color and the feel of the carpet under our feet. Very professionally done. Not a single complain. Will use them again
Amazing company to have work with. Came out and matched our carpet in minutes. Came out a week later and got done in less then two hours. Came out better than expected and feels great. Would highly recommend for someone who’s looking to get your carpet replaced but scared about the price. The price was amazing considering they move the heavy furniture and remove and replace the carpet. 10/10
I had 2 bedroom floors replaced with National Floors Direct. The salesman came out on Sunday- Father's Day at our request. He was courteous, informative, and very punctual. He beat the price we received from other flooring companies. We were able to have our new floors installed that following Friday. Communication prior to the installation was spot on. We are so glad we decided to have our carpet put in my National Floors Direct. We were able to get an appointment right away & at our convenience. Our Sales Agent was Beau and he had expert knowledge, patient & efficient with his time explaining the quality of each different carpet type.
