Saw a TV ad for National Floors Direct. It was fast and easy to get an in-home consultation, around my schedule. The Sales rep had tons of options to show! The National Floors Direct salesman was very personable and professional. He thoroughly explained my options for carpet with samples and padding. He also explained the options for cost comparisons and payment options.The installers were very professional and timely. They moved all the furniture as promised. Furniture was handled with care and placed back in the right rooms when completed. All questions and concerns were addressed satisfactorily. They cleaned up and removed all trash and debris after the job was done.
