National Floors Direct installed luxury vinyl plank floors in 2 bedrooms for us in December 2023. They beat a quote I had already gotten from a local company. The sales rep was very nice and arrived on time. The installers were also on time, very professional and courteous. They did a great job and we definitely recommend this company. I initially contacted National Floors Direct after seeing their commercial online. We had an appointment scheduled quickly and saw several samples after discussing complimenting flooring with our existing floors. We received a quote and had the price matched/reduced the advertised 15%. I was in the market for new carpet. I happened to contact a couple of places to see what I could find. One was a big box store and there was another company that always pops up and advertises on TV. The first experience that I had was with the big box store. Lets just say I had no idea what I was doing. More or less I had to figure everything all on my own. Customer service was lacking after the sale. A project manager could have made this installation go extremely faster and better. Installer there was only 2 people to do my lower level of my house. I was never warned about the dust during and after the installation. Job took longer then expected. 1 worker left the job site with the inexperienced work to do work for about 6 hours. The guys that came to install my carpet were great. The estimator gave me the best price and was very professional. They worked like there was no tomorrow. I had a few family come over and I definitely recommended National Floors Direct based on my experience
NFD came to my home with samples, very friendly and helpful. Once the rooms were measured, we scheduled a convenient date for installation. NFD contacted me several times to confirm installation date and time. Installation crew was on-time, professional, fast, and tidy. My floors look great! And as an extra bonus, I am receiving a gift card for my time in posting this honest review. I highly recommend National Floors Direct.
These guys did a fantastic job. The salesman was very thorough professional. We never felt pressured by him. The installer also did a wonderful job. They were very courteous and they reviewed the installation with when they were done. My wife and I will choose them again.
We were in need of carpet for the stairway of the townhome to which we had recently moved. I contacted several flooring companies in the area and National Floors Direct (NFD) was the first to respond. Others responded after a day or so, but we had already booked an appointment with NFD, who was able to accommodate a Saturday morning appointment the very next day.
