Ordered carpeting from National Floors Direct, one of the best experiences I have had with a service company in a very long time. Received call from ***** informing us that he would be to our house in 30 minutes, he arrived in 25 minutes. I appreciate the promptness! ***** came in to see what furniture needed to be moved and got to work on it. Nothing was dragged across the floor everything was picked up to move it. The flooring cost a little more than I anticapated but I'm so pleased with the end product.!They made the purchasing process easy for me by bringing samples to the house and doing all the measurements. The install was beautiful...he had to cut around two floor cabinets and did a great job. I couldn't be happier with my new floor.

My positive experience with NFD began with the salesman who provided me with an estimate. He was positive and considerate in what I wanted and how much I was able to spend. The installer arrived on time and explained what he was going to do and asked if I had any questions. He worked diligently showing he had expertise and completed the job in a timely fashion. Happy with the service and the whole process from start to finish. National floor direct is a professional company with great customer service and the installer are able to speak English so the communication was great and they arrived within the time frame and they cleaned all the mess after the work was done

I had 2 bedroom floors replaced with National Floors Direct. The salesman came out on Sunday- Father's *** at our request. He was courteous, informative, and very punctual. He beat the price we received from other flooring companies. We were able to have our new floors installed that following Friday. Communication prior to the installation was spot on. We are so glad we decided to have our carpet put in my National Floors Direct. We were able to get an appointment right away & at our convenience. Our Sales Agent was **** and he had expert knowledge, patient & efficient with his time explaining the quality of each different carpet type. We did happen to have a couple of carpet samples here from another *********** gave us a price on those as well as the samples he brought in. We chose Nat'l. floors direct to do our home improvement based on a tv commercial with a special price offer. A salesman came to our home with samples and showed us how the finished floor would look. We scheduled the appt. and on the agreed day the crew arrived punctually and were very experienced and professional as well as courteous. The finished floor in the kitchen and front foyer looks fantastic.
