My first time getting my floors done by National Floors Direct, and the guys did an amazing job. They paid attention to details from start to finish. The guys showed me the materials to ensure that the ones I ordered were the correct ones. They explained the work to be done which was a plus for me. National Floors Direct installed luxury vinyl plank floors in 2 bedrooms for us in December 2023. They beat a quote I had already gotten from a local company. The sales rep was very nice and arrived on time. The installers were also on time, very professional and courteous. They did a great job and we definitely recommend this company. All went well. Install was good. Did not like price negotiation with salesman. Would use them again. Customer service call were good.
Had my upstairs carpet replaced last with (~1100 sq ft) with luxury vinyl flooring. To say my experience was amazing is an understatement. The installation team moved my furniture, were fast and cleaned up when they were finished. The communication from the free estimate all the way through post installation was great. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone for their flooring needs! I received a gift card for my time in posting this honest review.

The job was done great. They were professional and careful. These guys were amazing. It was a big job to do but they got it done. I’ve never seen a a team work so hard. They didn’t even take a break. When they were done they cleaned up after themselves. I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. The floors came out great we love them
NFD did an excellent job. They came to give an estimate and I was very happy with the pricing and the products were great. They were able to come quickly to my home and remove three bedrooms of carpet and install a very pretty laminate. They also had no problem moving the large heavy furniture that I had as well. I would highly recommend this company to others.
This review is in reference to National Floors Direct purchase order number VA11097. We got a quote from National Floors Direct after already getting a quote from Lowe’s for new carpet in 5 bedrooms. After National Floors Direct came to our house and described the differences in carpet product and professional installation, we were convinced to go with them rather than Lowe’s.
